Ik heb de Crusher ANC 2 recent besteld, nadat die is binnen gekomen kwam ik er heel gauw achter dat de Noise Cancellation heel slecht werkte en dat als de Noise Cancellation aan staat je een hoge toon door de muziek heen kon horen als je op de koptelefoon drukte hoorde je die toon een stuk luider. Dus ik probeer via hun site in contact te komen, De contact pagina crashde nadat ik op submit drukte, de warranty claim pagina kon mijn order niet vinden en alle emails werken niet meer.... succes met in contact komen. na heel veel gedoe met een AIchatbot toch een warranty claim kunnen doen en na lang wachten toch een nieuwe ontvangen en die heeft precies het zelfde probleem, ik ben klaar met de afschuwelijke site en nog ergere chatbot. ik zit nu met een koptelefoon van ongeveer 230 euro die voor geen ene reet werkt. laatste keer dat ik hier ooit wat bestel.

Jullie hebben geen direct contact opgenomen na de laatste interactie en m’n geld terug op gewoon een goed werkende koptelefoon zou een prima oplossing zijn

J’ai contacté le support depuis de 21/01 j’ai reçu une reponse et depuis plus rien malgré de nombreuses relances j’ai reçu une commande sans mes articles le service client n’est pas la pour m’aider je suis en attente depuis le 21 janvier, on est actuellement le 5 février, je trouve ça lamentable. Merci de faire quelque chose et de répondre à mes nombreux mails. Commande 502326494 je réponds a vos mails mais pas de reponse de vôtre part

They told me that they send a mail but there is no mail on my account.
And I need to pay with Klarna. Klarna is sending me mails but I want to return them.
Skullcandy please send me a mail with a return lable. This is really bad!

Quick response with a very good solution even when the damage was my sons own fault.

It took some time to get an answer but the support was great and i got my problem solved!

Deux casques commandés, déjà que les prix ne sont pas les plus attrayants je m'attendais à de la qualité, après quelques mois d'utilisation les deux ont cessé de fonctionner pour aucune raison à part entière. J'y ai toujours fais attention, et pourtant rien. Tentative de prise de contact avec le support, sans réponses, ça doit bien les arranger car aujourd'hui ma garantie est passé.

Mi experiencia ha sido muy buena con el servicio de atención al cliente. Lo único ha sido que he tenido que preguntar yo por el estado de la reparación de los auriculares porque pone que es una semana y a la segunda semana ya pregunte y al momento me dieron un descuento para comprar otros iguales.

Ich hatte mir letztes Jahr im September die skullcandy Crusher evo gekauft und bis jetzt keine Probleme der bass hat mir einen hör schaden gegeben und sind richtig laut! Sowas habe ich noch nie gehört jeder ist immer so erstaunt, weil die Kopfhörer lauter sind als alle anderen Kopfhörer einzige was ich schade finde ist das die Farbe nach einer Zeit abgeht und darunter dann klares Plastik ist und kein matte und die Scharniere um die Kopfhörer zu drehen fühlen sich komisch an aber ansonsten bis jetzt keine Beschwerden und perfekte Kopfhörer haben sehr langen Akku mindestens eine Woche mit 2-3h Nutzung jede paar tage würde ich noch mal kaufen.

I bought my skullcandy headphone in august, didnt like the product so i decided to return it, till this day i still havent received ANY money back. I sent an email, called with customer service and even chatted multiple times with them online via their website. Everytime they told me that i would get my money back within 3-5 bussines days, they told me that 5 times in the span of 2 months and till this day i still havent received a single penny! Dont buy a skullcandy product!

Extremely good service!! My original package was lost by UPS, which the Skullcandy customer service team immediately responded to and took responsibility for as soon as I contacted them about it. The communication was very quick, friendly and professional, and thanks to them I still ended up getting the product I ordered after all! They really went above & beyond, I would definitely recommend them to anyone :)

Very high quality every time ive purchased headphones from them, as well as great customer service (Shoutout to Rhyan B!), if youre looking for sturdy and high quality headphones, skullcandy is the place to go.

I just bought a product specifically the crusher evo I have no complaints.
I had a alittle problem with the delivery services and the customer service was helpful and informing.

No complaints overall 10/10 experience so far.
