Regarding customer service
I have purchased a pair of earbuds on the 9th of this month,at the time of writing the email its the 17th and I have still not recieved a email regarding shipping or anything of the sorts, I still do not know if my order was processed or not, the original email says it was not processed but the support team says it was, just a really bad customer support experience

Ordered a pair of smokin true wireless…
Ordered a pair of smokin true wireless buds , received them today and fresh out the box the left ear bud was lifeless can’t get it to charge or get any life into it. Not ideal when you’re purchasing a brand new product from a big brand name like this , would expect it buying 2nd hand maybe but yeah highly disappointing.

Hice un pedido hace cosa de 1 semana o más, y se supone que llegó el día 9 de enero a un punto de recogida cercano (cosa de la que no se me informó hasta hoy). Total que voy hoy a recogerlo y me doy cuenta de que falta uno de los dos productos que pedí. He estado buscando cómo contactar con ellos pero nada, no hay manera de poder hablar directamente con uno de sus trabajadores sobre el problema, solo me encuentro con un asistente en la página web que se bugea al contarle el problema, y un apartado de preguntas por el que no llegan a responderme.
Le doy dos estrellas porque al menos llegó uno de los auriculares que pedí xd.

No refund for faulty product
Bought wireless earbuds for a Christmas present for someone mid December. They were faulty and did not charge from the start. As Christmas was outside the 14 day return period by 2 days I wasn’t entitled to return and had to file a warranty claim for a replacement. I had to spend €30 on courier fees to ship them back myself. And now it Turns out the replacement is now out of stock and I have only been given a coupon on the website to buy something else which I do not want, not a refund. Very unhappy with the service. I was sold a broken product paid extra to return it and now I won’t even receive my money back. Faulty products should be entitled to a full refund if a replacement is not available. AI chat box just sends you in circles when you request help. UPDATE: contacted skullcandy on the 10th January and sent another email again, still awaiting a reply a week later. No resolution. Terrible customer service.

The Skullcandy Indy ANC are absolute rubbish
The Skullcandy Indy ANC are absolute rubbish, they break after a couple of months, my left earbud keeps breaking and not charging all the time, I've tried all the methods but most of them just don't work.Stay away and don't buy earbuds from them as they're trash and keep breaking for no reason, poor quality product.

Hice una compra hace dos semanas y es día en que no he recibido ni un correo para saber el estatus de mi pedido, he mandado mensaje y llamado y nadie responde, ingreso el número de orden que me generó la compra en el estado de pedido y me dice que esa orden no existe, muy mala experiencia 😠

So i bought this headset.
So i bought this headset.
And it is missing a part from when i opened it. So i asked if they could sent me the missing part, but no.
They want me to pay around 22 - 25 euro to sent the whole thing back just so i can get that missing part. I can't really see, why i have the pay and cover the shipping when it is clearly their mistake.
And not to mention how the customer service lied. They first told me it would only cost a few euros to sent it back, which is a lie. Then they told me it would only take a few days for them to get it and sent it back, which also is a lie. It will take 5 days for them to get it and 5 days for me to get it returned so 10 business days in total as minimum. So i will have not headset for the holidays, if i return it. The whole thing just feel like a scam. 0/5 stars.

I received great customer service at a warranty claim, and overall I was happy with the product value/performance.
Loosing a star because I am a bit sad that the product started to have faults in a year. Would be nice to have improved longevity!
Don't buy from Skullcandy, they don't comply with EU consumer laws
When 1 star is too much.
I bought a pair of Skullcandy Indy ANC true wireless earbuds. After a few months, they started glitching. Then one earbud didn't work for a very long time. Suddenly it worked again. Then the volume decreased drastically and people can't hear me most of the time.
I contacted the webshop where I bought them - they referred me to Skullcandy EU.
Skullcandy told me to ship the earbuds to them (!??)
Reluctantly, since EU consumer laws clearly state that consumers are entitled to replacement, repair or reimbursement at no customer cost, I went to ship the earbuds. The price tag for shipping starts from €27 and that only covers insurance for items up to €33 (I paid €113 for the Indy headphones). Shipping with sufficient insurance coverage is €45.
Skullcandy said: What we can provide you once you return the product back to us is a 130 EUR code" (yeah, give me another pair that can start malfunctioning after 6 months, so I can pay to return them too 🙄)
EU consumer laws state: "If the product you sold turns out to be faulty. - or doesn't look
or work as advertised - within the timeframe of the legal
guarantee, you are responsible for this. In some countries
this can also be the case if you are the manufacturer or
importer."
Now I'm stuck, having paid €113 for earbuds that are defective and no help whatsoever. €44 to send their defective product to them??
I wish I had read all of the concerning reviews before purchasing such a low quality product with an even worse customer service.
This was an expensive and way too time-consuming experience. I sincerely wish I had bought a better quality earbuds and from a more reliable manufacturer.
