I've just had my re-mortgage come through, thanks Rich! Long story short, I naively went to use my existing lender to re-mortgage my property - tbh to save money on broker fees and because I thought it would be easier to do - big mistake! Rich sorted everything out in a fraction of the time and even if you combine my solicitor fees, my fees to Sky Mortgages, AND my early re-payment fee to my previous lender, I'm still way way better off with what Rich is saving me on my monthly re-payments. I wish I'd not wasted my time and gone straight to Rich.

Thanks for all your help pushing the solicitors along and picking up the phone every single time I called.

Rich was amazing with helping to buy my first home. He kept me updated along the process and if rates dropped my mortgage application was redone meaning I got a lower rate. Myself and my partner recently approached sky mortgages as two novices looking for some advice around buying our first home.
