We’re sorry to hear that you missed the flight you found on Skyscanner following schedule changes made by the airline. We understand how disappointing it can be when travel plans are disrupted in this way.

Skyscanner searches billions of prices from thousands of travel providers to help users find the best deals available.

In some cases, after a booking request is submitted, the travel provider still needs to confirm that the fare and seats are available with the airline before the booking can be ticketed. This process can sometimes take up to 72 hours. 

We understand it may not be a positive experience to have to adjust your travel plans after you've already made payment, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. For example, on our results page, you can sort the results by price to see the lowest price first. We also have features such as price alerts or flexible dates that allow you to track prices or compare prices across different months to find the most suitable option and price.
