As a search engine, we don't manage any aspects of your booking, nor are we able to influence or control the baggage policies that airlines apply to their flights.

In this case, you booked with Ajet. For data protection reasons, airlines are only permitted to speak to passengers directly about their bookings - so they would not be allowed to speak to Skyscanner. However, Ajet is also best placed to review your experience and address any concerns you have about your flight and luggage. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry that you've noticed a price difference in the monthly price view.

The prices shown in the monthly view are estimated prices based on recent searches made by other travelers. For popular routes with a high number of searches, these estimates are usually closer to the current live fare.

When you move to the results page, the most up-to-date “live” fares from airlines and travel agencies are always shown to ensure the highest possible accuracy. Since flight prices can change frequently and availability updates in real time, the live fare may sometimes differ from the estimate shown in the monthly view.

We aim to provide the most accurate information possible and are continuously working to improve the accuracy and clarity of this feature.

I hope this helps clarify the situation, and I've also shared your feedback internally with the relevant teams.
