I place an order through slice they accepted the order. They took my payment then 30 minutes later they cancelled my order. So money didn't go back onu card they said could take a couple days it didn't for them to take it and cancel my order 2md problem I had with company I won't be doing business with them again.

The pizza was GREAT. The delivery was at least 25 minutes late. Customer support said they'd check ✔️ it out, but never got back to me.🙄

Food was cold obviously. SO.... WILL I USE SLICE AGAIN? MAYBE. WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS? NAH.

I ordered pizza through the Slice app and left a note asking the delivery driver to please take care of the pizza and keep the box flat and straight during delivery.

The pizza arrived on time, but when I opened the box, I noticed the cheese had shifted and was uneven.

I contacted Slice customer support through the app, and they responded quickly. Communication was easy, and they understood the situation. They were kind enough to provide me with a partial refund.

Thank you to the Slice customer support team for responding quickly, understanding the issue, and taking care of it. I appreciate the excellent customer service!

I regret using Slice for a party. I scheduled an order for 4 hours in advance. The delivery time was approaching and no driver was assigned, so I called to inquire. I was placed on hold until 5 mins past the delivery time, so I gave up and went to pick it up myself. When I asked what happened, they said no drivers were available. I would stick with the larger delivery services which have more drivers and better customer support.

The food at Pit Stop Italian was delicious! I'm looking forward to trying more from their menu! The staff was very friendly as well which is always a plus. There was a missing item but it was resolved very quickly which pleasantly surprised me! I will definitely be back!

Whenever I order from Slice I know I have a resource if they’re is any issues.

The pizza and calamari I ordered for a scheduled delivery came almost 30 minutes late which isn't Slices fault. But their customer service was a joke at best. The first lady took forever to respond back and said my order was delivered but it wasn't and then for no reason she handed me of to another rep who wanted me to rehash everything all over again so I told her to read the entire message from the other woman and then silence followed by more silence. So, for $57.00 I have cold food and no way of rectifying this except to stop using Slice and Paradise Pizza.

I love the fact that the app completely focuses on pizza and helps support local shops.

Delivery was fast and food was hot

I placed a late night pickup order last night for the 12” thin crust Magy’s Special Pizza and 4-piece Broasted Chicken Dinner! This was my first-ever experience with Magy’s (read great reviews about them from a local Facebook group for the town I live in, plus they’ve got a 4 out 5-star Yelp rating)—they were RIGHT! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and heartwarmingly DELICIOUS! Plus, my order was accurate and ready 15 minutes ahead of schedule! I will definitely be back! The menu is big and has a compelling variety of great selections! Plus, the ordering app is easy to use and enables you to closely track the prep status of your order! Last, this place is just 10 minutes down the road from my home!

I just discovered this restaurant pizza's good the prices are reasonable and the service is great

Slice does not stand behind their app. The app always shows the pizza delivered on the app. But you still have to wait for the pizza to be delivered and when I contact slice 15 minutes after the app is marked delivered, the customer service person says they called the store and for me to just sit and wait, the pizza place says it's on the way. The app shouldn't show delivered if it hasn't been delivered. This is a problem with the slice app or slice holding shops to a real standard. I will not be ordering off of the slice app again. Ive learned my lesson

I enjoy ordering from Greektown on the Slice app, it's quick easy saves my favorite orders so makes it easier to just to hit the reorder button. Greektown always has amazing food I was never disappointed. The delivery service is outstanding always on time if not before!

I had a problem with a delivery arriving reasonably on time. I did have to call twice but it turned out to be driver error. Food was delivered cold, but the amount of the entire order was refunded by the restaurant.

Let me begin by saying keeping me up on my order statics on how long it is from start to finish. Also I am handicapped I also can not talk, the user-friendly app made it easy for me to order what I want. Prices and quality are very good. Would highly recommend.
