My delivery was not what I ordered. The restaurant refused to even to even speak with me. Slice told me they couldn't do anything. Whats the point of the extra fees if they can't stop payment or issue refunds?

Online ordering was very easy to use. It helps both the business and customer save time. The pizza was amazing as always!

Got my blue cheese dressing and order was Delivered early. They actually delivered the wrong dessert and stopped by with a piece of cheese cake as ordered. So cool!

Pizza places are tops and service is great!

I spoke too soon when I rated my order. I had only tried the clam plate with a salad.

Today I tried the eggplant plate. It is the worst eggplant I have ever had. Spaghetti was too thick. Too much cheese on the top and the meatballs were gross. There wasn’t enough tomato sauce on the dish.

Let me explain. I grew up with an Italian grandmother who was born in Naples Italy. I base my experiences on my grandmother’s cooking. Yours doesn’t come close.

We ordered from a pizza shop and once a driver was assigned we were expecting a guy in a Honda accord but instead we got a girl on a bike who doesn’t speak English. Our pizza was completely tilted on its side it her basket along with our other items. No thermal bag either. Our pizza was completely ruined cheese all over place and slices just completely flopped around. The sauce for our garlic knots opened up so there was sauce everywhere, food was completely ice cold, my husband’s 20 ounce soda exploded all over him so yeah he couldn’t drink that because more than half got all over him. This was completely unacceptable. At first they only wanted to refund our pizza, but I had to explain many times about everything before they would refund the garlic knots, but they won’t refund my husband’s 20 ounce soda that exploded all over him nor would they refund the delivery fee. Absolutely ridiculous and never again will I trust or use slice ever again. Shame on you! I also offered to email pictures but nobody provided me an email address so yeah there’s that! I then had to rush to cook some type of dinner because my kids had school in the morning!

Correctness

Ordered several dishes for delivery and everything was absolutely amazing, including the delivery. The Margarita pie was so darn good ! Truffle fries, side of meatballs , two different salads, tagliatelle with lamb ragu and stracciatella chicken parm hero were all so good. I will definitely order again. Highly recommend Urban Tomato !

It was the worst meal I ever had. They sent me rotten salad that someone returned to them, the shrimp was so tough that I was unable to even chew it. The bread was hard as a rock and unable to even pull it apart.
My rating is BAD- TERRIBLE - YUK YUK YUK

Ordering via Android Slice application consistently provides an excellent and convenient user/customer experience. Our favorite pizza shops are available through Slice. Order fulfillment has always been 100% accurate with excellent delivery at or very near the estimated ETA. Slice provides good communications with customer via support chat if needed plus real-time order delivery tracking, status updates, etc. "PIZZA POINTS" rewards are a nice plus for continued patronage.

Ordering was very easy! Food arrived earlier than expected...sometimes says delivered before it actually arrives. Thankfully order still got to me!

Emma made finding the answer to my question seem so easy. She was friendly and went above and beyond.

Great job Paolo's Pizza. We ordered the Italian BMT, the Margherita and Stromboli. The Margherita was amazing, the basil was so fresh. Visually and taste-wise it was amazing. It was lots of food too.

Ordering was quick and easy. My order was ready when I went to pick it up.

The owner and staff care which they show in the quality of their food and their service.

Great service, timing and deliciousness. And the lady working is a deadhead who likes Tool and Phish. Awesome! I used Slice but I was also in the same building as the restaurant. Instead of contacting Slice for problem solving, why don't these people go to the actual restaurant if there's a problem? GET OFF YOUR PHONES AND TALK TO HUMANS. I got the Godfather Surf and Turf pizza with shrimp and steak. 2 different salads. Everything was excellently made and prepared. Would recommend to everyone, and I consider driving back down daily just to get some more :) Cheers.

The pizza location added blue cheese on to my pizza instead of cheddar cheese (who would even do that?). Needless to say the pizza was inedible. I called Slice immediately and let them know of the error. They were no help. They called the shop but since the manager wasn't there they told me to wait. I called the next day and once again I have to go through the whole ordeal of explaining the issue. First thing I am asked is why didn't I call when I got the pizza? They once again tell me that they can't help because the pizza shop manager is not in. He will be in tomorrow. Amazing how they can determine that without even calling. I call back the following day and have to explain the situation once again. Once again I am told that the manager is not in the store. Now I know I am just getting a run around and Slice has no intention of resolving the issue. I call the credit card company and dispute the charges. This morning when I get up I see an email from Slice. They tell me that they will refund $3. I'm like WTF? For a ruined pizza that was inedible? These guys charge $2 to your order and provide no help when a problem arises They are beyond useless.

Along with a couple pizzas, I ordered a salad with no onions. It came with onions, so I could not eat it. I called , slice said they called the place and they said they did not put onion on, so they won't refund. I took pictures of the onions and emailed to slice per there instructions. Never heard back. I emailed a second time. Nothing. I will never use them again. If I had ordered directly from pizza place, they would have refunded and there wouldn't have been added fees.
