I've ordered through Slice many, many times. I've never had a bad experience, or even a moderately bad experience.

Very seldom use slice and I just realized why. Placed an online order and the status of the order seemed to stay on "Driver Awaiting Order" For 20-30 minutes passed the promised time, I called the restaurant and they told me the driver never showed up and they had no way of contacting a driver. Called Slice and they told me the driver was three minutes away. After another 20 minutes and the drive never showed up, I ended up pick up my meal two hours later then ordered. Never use Slice again.

Stay away from Slice, all the database information regarding customers, contact addresses, and SEO will go to their advantage.

Driver was nice , food was cold and not properly secured as salad dressings spilled in bag , ruined napkins, pizza pies were cold, one box of chicken wings wasn’t closed - what happened ? I ‘ll probably go with a different restaurant and delivery service since I don’t know who to play blame on

I TRIED PLACING AN ORDER FROM JENNAS FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND AFTER 20 MIN of WAITING FOR MY ORDER, I RECEIVE A TXT FROM SLICE SAYING THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED AND THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
I’M NEVER GOING TO ORDER FROM SLICE EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO ORDER FROM SLICE EVER!!

I ordered from barnabys through slice and never received my pizza. I emailed Tristan on slice and they couldn’t find my order
He assured me that I would receive a full refund
I’m waiting for my refund as they charged me twice watching my credit card and I think it amounted to around $66.00

AJ's Pizza is the typical family owned shop. You know the people by name and can almost explain the menu as well as the workers. The food is high quality, consistent and made/packed/delivered with care. The garlic knots are some of the best anywhere, his sauce tastes homemade and not overly acidic or sweet, his pizza is always as ordered and delicious.
Slice facilitates them having an online presence and ordering platform.

Stay Away From Slice

Based on my experience, it is extremely difficult to protect and maintain your restaurant’s brand when working with Slice. They can take control of important parts of your online presence, including your domain, which can seriously hurt your SEO and your ability to control your own brand.

Your domain, SEO, and online identity are valuable assets that belong at the heart of your business. Losing control over them can cause long-term damage.

My advice to restaurant owners: protect your domain, protect your brand, and stay away from Slice.

They made me enter 1 star. This is two times in a row I order, wait an how and the delivery ghosts me.

don't waste your time. BYPASS SLICE and call you local pizza shop direct.

SLICE reliability SUCKS

The excellence in professionalism, accuracy of order taking, complete fulfillment of food order and, overall satisfaction in the; test, quality, portion and, quality of entire good order was exceptional. I not only plan on continuing to revisit this store but to spread the word to family, friends and colleagues. It was an overall great experience. Thank you.

Easy to order, quick service, pleasant staff and delicious pizza!

Really a poor app and the customer service is even worse. The app is not real time. So when it says your pizza is ready it’s not.

This place gives u tons of food for the price I got 2 salad and side of French fries and it took me 2 days too eat.u want a good amount of food for what u spend on money they the one go eat there u won't be dissatisfied

I have been going to Rose's for decades. They have consistently provided top quality meals. They have always had polite and helpful waitresses. A very relaxing dining experience

I ordered a meat lover large pizza and chief salad , pizza taste good dough is perfect baked , I would like have a little more meat on it but for that price is good .

The driver was late. I called and was told they were still another 10 minutes out. After 12 minutes I went to the front door since we did not hear a doorbell or knock. The pizza had been set on the porch and the driver had left. I have no idea how long it had been there.

It is unfortunate we have to tip (to insure promptness) prior to determining if we get prompt service.

The pizza from the pizza place was great. Warm, but great.

The platform is easy to use and customer service is exceptional. Definitely recommend this App

Great pizza, wonderful customer service! We’re new in town and wanted to find a delicious pizza restaurant close by and I believe we have! Anxious to try other items on the menu!
