Paint was delivered on time. Paint is really grippy for our basketball court. Paint was easy to work with and took well to the concrete. Extremely happy with our purchase.

Website was easy to navigate. There is lots of information on coatings, primers and other products. Technical and safety data sheets.
It was also easy to order and fast delivery.

I have bought this product 2 times in the past years and have had no issues with the coating surface or the coverage. Easily did 2 light coats with a little left over on 2 showers (Master and guest bath) with a great non-slip surface. This time I needed to recoat the 2' 10" x 4" 8" shower floor that my wife cleaned the coating off using a cordless brush scrubber after 2 years. After preparing the surface I did the first coat but I ran out of product covering only little more than 2/3rds of the surface on the second coat. I did not coat the 6 1" wide drain indentations. Luckily I had enough from the last years can to finish. Granted it could of been my application but my issue is there was a distinct difference between the 2 finishes. The older can from last year seems to have had a rougher surface than the newer can. It appears the "grit" was slightly larger in the older can. Not only can you feel the difference but looking really close you can actually see the difference between the 2 application areas. The surface in the guest shower that I did last year seems to have the rougher surface. Yes, this just my perspective. Not happy and I will consider a different product if I have to do this again. Yes, I took the cordless brush scrubber away from my wife.

Ease of ordering and shipping were excellent. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong product as i was looking to restore a shine and luster to my existing tile shower floor, not add additional grip. Hopefully, one day I will have a use for the product I purchased. The mistake was in me.

Agree with every complaint about horrible customer service. They intentionally over estimate the amount of product so they can make more money by scamming on returns. Used the product in an indoor sports facility.

SlipDoctors made the purchase of their products easy. They were swift in getting it shipped out, and the 2 gallon containers were packaged securely.
The product itself was great. It did what it was supposed to do, application was a breeze. Cleanup was a breeze, and the concrete ramp we applied it to is no longer slick when wet. The senior citizens are sure happy about that!
