Vi vil dog gerne forsikre dig om, at Slowdive ikke kan trække penge automatisk eller uden din godkendelse. Alle betalinger sker gennem Apple, Google Play eller vores officielle hjemmeside, og hver transaktion bekræftes af brugeren, før den gennemføres.

Det, du muligvis har oplevet, kan være en valgfri opgradering, som f.eks. Lucid Dreaming- eller Holotropic Breathwork-programmet. Disse kurser er ekstra tilkøb, som nogle brugere vælger at aktivere, og derfor kan de fremstå som separate betalinger.

Please know that Slowdive does not and cannot withdraw funds automatically or without clear user confirmation. All purchases are made securely through Apple, Google Play, or our official website, and every transaction is verified before processing.

Sometimes, users may accidentally select a subscription upgrade or Lucid Dreaming and Holotropic Breathwork courses, which are optional add-ons. These appear as separate charges but are always user-initiated. Still, we absolutely want to make sure your case is fully reviewed and resolved.
Please send us your subscription details or a screenshot of the transaction via the in-app chat, through our website chat, or by emailing support@slowdive.app. Our team will investigate this urgently and clarify every step.

Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass du diese Erfahrung gemacht hast – das klingt wirklich ärgerlich, und wir möchten das unbedingt schnell und transparent für dich klären🙏
Bitte sei dir sicher, dass Slowdive keine versteckten oder automatischen Abbuchungen durchführt. Alle Zahlungen erfolgen entweder über Apple oder direkt über unsere Website, nachdem sie aktiv von dir bestätigt wurden.
Die zweite Abbuchung könnte mit einem Upgrade auf ein Zusatzprogramm wie Luzides Träumen oder Holotropes Atmen zusammenhängen. Diese Kurse sind vollkommen optional und werden nur gebucht, wenn man sie selbst auswählt. Trotzdem verstehen wir gut, dass es verwirrend sein kann – besonders wenn das Abo in deinem Apple-Konto nicht sichtbar war.

Damit wir das im Detail prüfen können, sende uns bitte deine Abonnementdaten oder einen Screenshot der Abbuchung über den Chat in der App oder auf unserer Website, oder direkt per E-Mail an support@slowdive.app. Sobald wir dein Anliegen gelöst haben, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du deine Bewertung entsprechend anpasst.

Please know that Slowdive does not charge users without their active confirmation through Google Play or the App Store. The additional amount you saw may have come from an optional subscription upgrade and the Lucid Dreaming or Holotropic Breathwork programs, which are separate courses users can choose to unlock.

We never process or have access to ATM withdrawals — that type of transaction cannot come from our system. We're truly sorry for the frustration you've experienced—we completely understand how upsetting this situation feels. Just to clarify: the subscription renews automatically, as is standard with most app stores, but we know it can come as a surprise if the renewal date isn’t expected. We're not trying to hide anything or charge without consent—these terms are stated at signup, but we absolutely understand how easy it is to lose track, especially if the app wasn’t in regular use.
As for the refund timing, you're right—it can take up to 14 days, and unfortunately that delay is due to the payment processors and banks, not something we can manually speed up, even though we wish we could.
