App is a scam. More money taken out than advertised. Half the meditations dont load even though I paid premium. Ai voice content. Its a basic meditation app, nothing psychadelic as they claim.

Je me suis abonnée ce jour pour 4 semaines au prix de 17€.
J'apprends ce même jour par ma banque que j'ai été victime d'une escroquerie: en plus des 17€, je vais être prélevée de 45€!! Pire encore, ma banque a dû bloquer la somme de 82€ que le site avait prévu de me prélever par la suite. Bien sûr, le prélèvement de ces 2 sommes n'a en aucun cas été signifié en amont de l'achat.

Slowdive n’effectue aucun prélèvement caché : les montants supplémentaires correspondent généralement à des options choisies lors du paiement (comme les programmes Rêves Lucides ou Holotropique). À noter aussi que les paiements sont en EUR ou USD et que les banques peuvent afficher ou bloquer des montants différents.

Ich warne alle eindringlich vor dieser App, welche weder funktioniert (ich habe auch nach wiederholtem Versuch keinen Zugriff auf die Inhalte, trotz Code, der übrigens immer der Gleiche ist). Ich werde immer wieder zum Anfang geleitet. Auch ist diese App mit ihren Zahlungsmodalitäten unfassbar irreführend, dass man schon das Gefühl bekommen kann, dass dieses Vorgehen Vorsatz ist. Ich habe sofort storniert und den Fall gemeldet! Ich spreche hier auch mein tiefes Mitgefühl für all jene aus, die sich echte Entspannung und Techniken gewünscht haben, um ihren Ängsten zu begegnen und herb enttäuscht wurden.

Wichtig zu wissen: Zugriffsprobleme hängen in den allermeisten Fällen mit der verwendeten E-Mail-Adresse zusammen, nicht mit dem Abonnement selbst. Oft wird beim Kauf eine andere oder falsch geschriebene E-Mail-Adresse verwendet (z. B. Apple-/Google-ID, Tippfehler, andere Mail), wodurch der Zugang nicht korrekt zugeordnet werden kann. Das ist ein technisches Thema und lässt sich in der Regel schnell lösen, sobald wir die Daten prüfen können.
Zu den Zahlungen möchten wir transparent sein: Zusätzliche Beträge entstehen nur durch freiwillig ausgewählte Upgrades oder Zusatzprogramme wie Lucid Dreams oder das Holotropic-Programm. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO SLOWDIVE!!! This is another incident of the same issues already reported. I wanted to trial it (on 2January) and was immediately charged $24.99, with a 2nd charge of $41.58. Fortunately my bank identified an issue and declined the $41.58 charge, and I attempted locate a phone number to call SlowDive to cancel and get refund. There is no way to reach them to cancel or to discuss—no email, no phone number, no company information/support. I have reported to bank and will continue to pursue. Unfortunate that this app is a scam considering it is marketed for mental health.

FRAUDE SLOWDRIVE APP
I wanted to try this app, but as my payment didn't came trough, I aborted the payment. I never used this app, because I thought the payment was aborted and I never got any cobfirmation!...By checking my payments I discovered they already took twice money from my account...first time 18,14 euro, and the end of this month the double: 36, 20 euro.
This is scandalous and SCAM! I want my money back asap and the cancelation of the abonment I never wanted!! I already warned Instagram and facebook about this FRAUDE!

What likely happened is that the initial payment authorization went through successfully, even if no confirmation screen appeared. In some cases, banks delay or block confirmation messages, which can make it seem like a payment failed when it actually didn’t. The amounts you’re seeing may also appear different because all our payments are processed in EUR or USD, and banks sometimes show converted amounts or delayed recurring charges, which can be confusing.

I had to cancel my debit card
I had to cancel my debit card. I did the three month/$24 option and as soon as that transaction went through they tried to push through two other charges almost immediately. My bank stopped it and flagged it as fraud.
What a jerk thing to do.
I wish this company and people the karma they deserve.

SCAM
SCAM. As many have already reported, signed up for 4 weeks - all of a sudden I was changed 3 times! As other have said, 12mth upgrade and 2 course on top (all the same as others have reported). One or two people, may be an error, this many reviews, all reporting the same thing, and no changes made on your end, 100% SCAM.
It’s so common, you have a link to a form ready to go.
Only 2 of 3 payments are showing as pending refunds, however both are less than what was deducted. I have receive 2 of 3 payment emails confirming refund. I wonder if this is your secondary scam, trying to refund 2 of 3 payments, and in lesser amounts, in hope people don’t notice.
VERY DODGY- do not sign up

Same scam as seems to have been played on everyone else. I signed up for a four week trial and was charged Euros 14- then immediately after I was further charged Euros 38.88 for two more courses I have no interest in. A checkout box must be automatic ticked - interesting that they send you separate invoices! There is of course no invoice for the two courses - so of course I cannot ask for a refund. The Refund Policy is a joke anyway - if you want a refund you need to get past the AI bots and provide ludicrous levels of detail - including device serial numbers! Take a look…. And then avoid at all costs. I wish I had.

SCAM!!! They stole 201.74 cad from my bank account in 3 multiple charges from advertising in insta. In advertising price was $24. This is fraud and I blocked my card. A lot of people have the same problem. Maybe we all should go to court with this? If I don’t get my money back, I’ll speak about this everywhere and find another people who lost their money.
UPD. they told they send my money back and I didn’t get my money back from them. We already had conversation on email after they stole my money. This reply here from slowdive is just automatically. So, where is my money Slowdive?

Scammers
Purchased a 90 day subscription for $24.99. Never could get access to it. I sent them an email, telling them I couldn't access it and they sent back some AI generated bs response about how they were "investigating" my case. I sent them a copy of the receipt - same response. A week later, still can't access the app and their response was would I want to add a complimentary additional 7 days to my subscription? Are you kidding me?
Also, their checkout process is tricky, where the ask if you want to add additional subscriptions - you know the ones where it's really easy to click past, and in the process, you inadvertently agree to add something? What was really sneaky was that they actually only sent a receipt for the original purchase. I didn't know about the 2nd charge until I checked my credit card statement. When I emailed them about that, they said they would "investigate" but that it would take 7 to 10 days.
I did receive the refund for both but not before I disputed the charge on the unauthorized one and had to go back and forth with their AI customer service for the original one.
Never got to use the app.

Please please do run away from this app. Everything is a fraud. I paid my 1month subscription, then the same day they tried to take out an unauthorised money for eu40+ and again for eu70+. My bank contacted me as it was suspicious and I cancelled this app straight away. As 1month subscription was paid, I couldn't use it after cancellation. Run from this app!

These are the biggest SCAMMERS of the year and what a way to do it! With a meditation app showing cool pics! Disgusting! Do not even think about it! They charged my card 3 times , a total of 100 USD, tho' I accepted only a 8 USD for a 7 days trial! I did NOT upgrade to any extra program as they claim when they reply to every complain. Please report them!
The bank thankfully refunded me one day later, after I reported a problem for each transaction! Please, guys, stay away from this app! You won’t get the personalized plan and all the meditations are AI generated!

The only additional charges that can ever occur are for optional upgrades or added programs such as the Lucid Dreams course or the Holotropic program, which some users select during signup or while exploring the app. These are never applied automatically, and we’re always honest and transparent about every transaction.

Nous sommes vraiment désolés d’apprendre votre expérience et comprenons parfaitement votre frustration. Les prélèvements que vous mentionnez peuvent provenir d’un abonnement actif ou d’un achat complémentaire, comme les programmes Rêve Lucide ou Respiration Holotropique, que certains utilisateurs choisissent en plus de leur formule initiale. Il arrive aussi que l’abonnement soit géré via notre site web plutôt que directement par Apple ou Google, ce qui peut prêter à confusion.

I was scammed by this app
I was scammed by this app. I purchased a 24 dollars 3 months subscription. It actually cost 30 euros, so the price was not transparent. Once they had my payment information, they charged an additional 50 euros without my payment authorization for two other purchases. I wrote three times to them to ask for a refund on everything and no answer. I cancelled my card due to fraud because they have my payment information and i will dispute this through my bank, but they said it might take 90 days to solve a dispute. I still hope they will refund everything because I will contact the online payment processor, apple pay and whoever else needs to know what this company is using their services for. I joined the app to see what they actually provide and it’s shit. They do not give you the personalized plan they promise and the content is cheap, AI generated. I actually recognize the Eleven labs voices as i worked with Ai before. You’ll find much better content on youtube for free.
