My initial call with Todd (sales) was extremely informative. He walked through the entire process of buying one of their beds from purchase to delivery. We spoke several times and he was able to answer all of my questions and was compassionate about the health situation my aunt was in that required a hospital bed. That call was followed up with a call from Mickey who was in charge of the delivery and set up. Mickey called me several times to update me on the progress of the order and the different teams that would be handling it. My aunt was in real need of the bed and Mickey made sure it was on time. The crew that came in to assembly the bed was extremely professional and took great care from beginning to end. The bed itself is outstanding. I cannot say enough about this company, their product and customer service team. I HIGHLY recommend Slumber Source, Todd, Mickey and the assembly team.

I called and ask questions before purchasing a bed. All my questions were answered professionally and were very helpful. Bed was delivered on time with many updates as to when it would be delivered! Great technicians assembled the bed and did a great demonstration to my father who will be using it.

Great communication with the scheduler, Miguel (Mike). The installers arrived on time and worked on removing the old bed and installing the new one. However, they did not remove the boxes where the new bed came in. I have to dispose of those big boxes and the pallet the bed came with.

Everything was great with order except delivery issue. Single deliverer! Couldn’t deliver to my site as too heavy for one person. Our maintenance department head was furious and made four calls. Finally had maintenance crew and my son move the three heavy pieces into my unit.
Otherwise, all good.

salesperson was great answering all my questions. support person communicated with me regarding delivery and set up. Once bed was delivered, communication continued. Nurse panel was missing from order. I notified slumbersource they contacted supplier to get a nurse panel sent out.The Emerald bed is outstanding in quality and comfort.

The logistics coordinator was fantastic and a complete professional.

I loved the unique experience of having someone reach out to me for all updates on my order. I never had to check the status of my order on my own because of the constant communication!! Todd and Mickey were great to talk to and such a big help. I would recommend to everyone!!

The customer service was amazing. Constant communications on my order and giving me a number I could reach with questions. Another competitor took my order and never shipped the product and didn’t inform me of the week delay. I was in a bind and found Slumber Source and they got me out of a time jamb and delivered as promised. I would highly recommend this company.

The delivery service, setup and follow-up were excellent. The ease of contacting the delivery coordinator was great.

Had some problem with assembly due to poor manufacturing instructions & no instructions for hand rail. Mickey was great, I called & texted him several times and he always answered promptly.

Great personalized service and follow up - they helped me find the perfect bed for my dad! So glad to find a local Dallas company for this purchase.

Slumber Source was exactly what We needed. Their uplift bed has made our complicated lives so much better in getting my disabled wife in bed and letting her get a comfortable night's sleep. Thank You Slumber Source!

Great customer service. Clearly explained all my options for the bed. Kept me informed about delivery date. Technician even helped by remaking the new bed!! Great since I am in a wheelchair.

Still waiting for our bed that was promised to us a week ago. Shipment keeps getting delayed, considering if I kept my order with the “other furniture company “ , and the other bed I preferred, it would have been delivered by now and their policy is returnable bed in 30 days if not fully satisfied. While your policy is no returns once the bed is assembled.
So I sacrificed all that because I was promised a different (less quality, in my opinion ) bed from you because it was ready to be shipped sooner.
So…..not happy……
