Customer service is more than excellent! I had an issue with a product I needed to return for a refund, and the folks were empathetic and understanding, and I must emphasise that they went out of their way to provide a smooth and pleasant closure to the situation. Very courteous and super fast in responses! Thank you very much!

Purchase of Oakley Glasses

I had a terrible experience with SmartBuyGlasses. After I placed my order, they informed me they were unable to make lenses for my specific prescription, so I had to cancel. I was explicitly told the refund would take 3-5 working days.
​After the 5th working day passed with no refund, I contacted customer service. They suddenly changed their story, claiming it actually takes 3-10 working days. I am still waiting for my money, and despite requesting the ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) to track the transaction with my bank, they have failed to provide it. This has been a huge waste of time and money. Proceed with caution.

I ordered my glasses around early NOV


I ordered my glasses around early NOV 2025. We are now 6th Dec 2025 and still no glasses. Very disappointed with this company . I had high hopes. In this day and age when reading glssses are made in 20 mins at a shop , they take over a month...
I finally recieved it and they have been quite good to respond to my email hence I changed my stars
 I do love my glasses .

A Happy Customer.

I was pleased to receive my glasses, although it did take a little longer than I expected. Still, they came in good order, well packaged and with both a hard and soft case. A happy customer.
