Smart Estate Agent レビュー

I went to a few viewings with Smart Estate Agent before finding the right rental, every time they were friendly, helpful and punctual. Once I found the right place and made an application they were quick to get back to me with the acceptance.

There were a couple of things that needed updating at the property, but they were sorted promptly and I was in the property in about a week. So far if I've had any questions or requests they've been back in touch within an hour, and they've been resolved.

It's not a great time to be looking for a new place, particular in Cornwall, but Smart Estate Agents are by a long way the best experience I've had with any lettings agent.

Thanks to Poppy-Mae in Penryn.

Sammy was the perfect person to show the property. She was knowledgeable and had patience to explain things. She is exceptional actually and it is the best "showing" so far because of her even though the flat did not suit me because of the stairs.

Great, Sammy was fantastic! It's a wonderful property with beautiful views and Smart estates are very helpful.

We recently sold our property with Smart Estate Agent. The whole team were fantastic with the initial valuation provided by Heba and viewings led by Lisa and Amelia. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend!

I had an issue with post being sent to an old address and Adam at Smart estate agents sorted it for me quickly and efficiently! Very happy with the service provided.

A pleasure dealing with Kay and the team at Smart Estate Falmouth / Penryn. Professional, efficient and thorough at every stage.

Overall the whole process has been very smooth. Every question has been answered promptly and clearly. Often finding a place to rent can be stressful but Carly Hulin, the agent that has assisted me personally, has been friendly and very helpful.

Nice staff (Carly Hulin), quick response, and more choices.

Service to Landlord has been high quality. Easy to contact, good and proactive communication, prompt repairs response, good advice. Kay, the named property manager, is very helpful, knows her stuff and the local market. Definitely recommended.

The information of Carly was a lot and she was so kind. She said all detail kindly. Although I lost the way to go to sencond house and wasted her time, she was patient and staid untill I went there.

Many thanks Carly for arranging this room view. Everything goes smoothly with Carly's kindly guide and explanation for each room. Very nice room view experience.

Smiley and friendly agent. Answered all my questions and promptly sent me the relevant application forms.

Myself and my boyfriend are moving into to our first rented flat together through smart estate agent Exeter.

Charlie from smart has been very helpful, friendly and we have received excellent communication from her. She has been able to answer all of our questions and has responded promptly to phone calls and emails.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Charlie and Smart estate agent Exeter.

It was the easiest experience to rent through the agency, made incredibly personable by the swift and friendly responses to any query. Kay Patmore has led the excellent team of Lucy and Natasha who have all gone out of their way to help. Kay has always dealt immediately and efficiently with all aspects of the rental process and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Amelia Bess service is very good and helpful. I will always work with you. Thanks.

We had a viewing with Chloe and it was Great!
She was extremely professional and competently cleared all doubts and questions about the property, area, council etc. Followed up on our queries and is still helping us find the most suitable property. Even our 5 year old was singing her praise!! 🤩😊

Carly was very professional and answered any questions we had, this was our first time viewing a property and she was great! Couldn't fault her or the viewing.

Carly answered all of our questions very adequately. She was accommodating throughout and explained the process exceptionally. This was for our viewing of 1 Alphington Court.
