Smart Estate Agent レビュー

Smart have been fantastic throughout. Very knowledgeable and honest. From the initial meeting to discuss the valuation and honest feedback. Would highly recommend to anyone. We had an offer in the first week of our house being on the market. Thank you Smart Estate Agent especially Amelia as she has kept in contact every step of the way. She is fantastic.

Looking for a house can be quite stressful, but Megan made the experience of viewing the home easy, and stress-free. The professionalism with which she answered questions and the degree of detail that was provided was extremely helpful. Her customer service skills provided a really good experience with these estate agents and I would highly recommend them.

Josh has made the process of renting a property very smooth and easy and has also kept in excellent communication throughout.

Great service as usual from Smart Estate Agents. Emily was the point of contact this time and she was very helpful with any queries and extremely efficient with the tenant find. Thank you Smart.

Attended a viewing today with Josh, a very friendly and welcoming gentleman with good knowledge on the property and the surrounding areas. Nothing was too much bother and he had answers to all of our questions.
Thanks Josh

Megan was very friendly and knowledgeable during my viewing and application, she is an asset to the team.

Megan has been great in helping arrange a viewing and answering all my questions. Really friendly, would definitely recommend

I have a continuing problem with my heating and many others were unable to sort it out. Until I found the excellent Natasha.. she went above and beyond and sorted all my issues within 3 days. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Absolutely fantastic service!!!

Many thanks

Smart have been great and informative. Jack has shown us around 2 properties and was always friendly and professional. Jack has been very quick in his communication to us which we have appreciated.

Throughout the whole process I was guided by jack who made it simple and easy, couldn’t recommend enough.

Thanks.

Very helpful and friendly staff who gave us time to view the property and gave us loads of useful info and helped us with any questions we had. Prompt arrival also! :)

Nina savage is Always quick to respond to issues and gets them sorted out as soon as possible I feel me and Tommy are very lucky to have her managing our tenancy!

Megan patiently responded to my tedious and extensive questions about various properties and was particularly helpful and detailed in her responses!

Josh Peto was very helpful in finding us the best place that met all our requirements. He’s been very prompt in replying to all our queries and providing all the information that we need to carry forward our documentation. We thank josh for all his services and wish him great success in his career.

Josh was absolutely excellent during my viewing. From initially meeting outside the property he was approachable and friendly. Once inside, he allowed me time to have a look around the place before offering helpful and insightful information regarding the property and surroundings. As this is my first time flat hunting, Josh was a real help with my inexperience of viewing properties.

My viewing experience with Josh Shaw was excellent. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, allowing me to ask genuine questions about the property, without feeling like I was taking up his time. For the most part, Josh knew the answers to my questions, but on the odd occasion that he did not have the answer, he left me confident that he would enquire on my behalf. Overall a really nice viewing experience and I left feeling very positive!

Josh did an excellent job at outlining the features and unique selling points of the property and was more than capable of answering any questions I had. I walked away confident and convinced in my choice to rent.

My experience, so far, has been excellent. Josh is friendly and professional and has responded quickly when I've needed help with the forms.
