Great as usual. Second time I have used Smartpress, and it went very smoothly. Communication is great using their dashboard and the product was delivered by the date they said it would. Will definitely be using Smartpress again.

Completely professional and efficient, and courteous, too!

The cards were very high quality and service was speedy.

Quality was fantastic. Web tool worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful in picking a paper stock to use for my project.

A minor error\issue with print quantity but they fixed it with in 48 hours.

I had some complicated print pieces that I thought I had built correctly, however I did not, the team at smartpress was so great at communicating the issues with my orders and helped me either correct them myself or they did the correcting for me to scoot the projects along. I'm so thankful they stopped and didn't just print, which saved me a ton in reprint fees. The responses were fast, and the care in getting the orders right was evident. I highly recommend the team to help you get through any tough print job.

What's not to love. This company provides awesome quality and convenience at a very competitive price point. I am a small business that previously used local print shops and Staples but always had quality and delivery timing issues. Have been using Smartpress for 4 years now and have never had even the slightest issue. Super quick service and the quality is always spot on. Give them a try, you will be delighted, I'm sure.

We needed an 8 page pamphlet for a tradeshow. It was last minute and also our first time producing this. It was a suggestion from chatgpt.... Anyway I found Smartpress on the internet and needless to say am very impressed. Not only did they work with me to fix the format but also delivered an awesome looking product in plenty of time. I highly recommend them and will be using them again!

The Smartpress crew was super helpful. They were patient and helped me adjust my order to make it better. Then they printed it quickly and it turned out great! When I picked it up, the staff was kind.

The saddle stitched book is such good quality. The paper and printing and trimming are spot on. Beautiful. Maybe a bit pricey, but not over priced. Would be hard pressed to tell this book from the same printed offset.

We truly appreciate the new customer discount. Our not so very big order was rushed because we let our project manager know that we needed it sooner. It was a brochure for my daughter's fair project for prospective buyers the quality was excellent! We are definitely amateurs at graphic design, and the finish product was lovely.

Great quality and fast service

This was my first experience with Versions. It went great. Got 16 different designs in one shot. All are lovely.

I am not a designer so getting the two different designs into a format that worked was a huge pain. The quality of the print was awesome, but the lack of guidance in helping me format the info was frustrating and delayed printing.

The printed programs were high quality and met our expectations. However, we encountered challenges with meeting a clearly communicated hard deadline. A staff member drove to pick up the programs after being told they were ready, only to be asked to return the next morning. We had to reiterate the urgency multiple times. Improved communication and follow-through on timelines would make for a smoother experience.

A little pricier than some other options, but 100% worth it. I’ve been through a lot of online print services and the turnaround time for prepress, customer service, and most importantly print quality are 100% worth it.
