Fast professional service and high quality prints! Very pleased with my order, thanks Smartpress!

The staff is helpful and easy to work with and very accommodating to my multiple last minute revisions. They produce an amazing product and I was extremely happy with the results. I will continue to use Smartpress for future projects. Thank you for all that you do!

First time I'm using smartpress, FIRST.... I love that there is a real human that picks up the phone . and I can get answers quickly . and the quality of paper, color just everything was perfect . and all the tweaks that were needed thank you !!! now I'm placing an order for the commercial interior design brochures the only thing I did not like was the charge for packing and shipping seemed excessive

Interface was easy and straight forward. Shipping time average, quality average, and response time is below average. Overall 3 star taking into account all pieces.

Easy to use website and they delivered as promised.

I was new to ordering bookmarks to promote my books and initially selected a lighter paper weight and smaller size than I intended. The team at Smartpress quickly stepped in, helped correct the order, and ensured everything was adjusted in time to meet my event deadline. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that the bookmarks arrived exactly when I needed them. Excellent service and a great experience working with their team.

I put in an order late for a large military event and the staff was so helpful getting the order right and taken care of. The programs that we ordered looked wonderful. The turn around time was incredibly quick. When I called to ask some questions for ordering it was so nice to talk with an actual person right away and get the support I was looking for.

Smartpress was wonderful!

I needed the brochure in a rush, and I needed it sent to the conference address, rather than to me. I am not a professional designer, so when I sent the artwork to Smartpress, it did not fit exactly to the page. A real person contacted me via text/email to tell me that, and they kindly adjusted the page size to make it fit correctly. They also understand the need for the rush and were able to accommodate me without a problem. I think my biggest appreciation of the service, is that I knew I was communicating with a human and not AI.

I am grateful for their help and will definitely use them again. Thank you, Smartpress.

Reasonable turnaround time

One thing that would have made my initial decision making easier would be if the “What Happens After You Place Your Order” information that was provided after my order was placed could have been described (or linked) earlier in the process. I ended up losing a day in a tight production turnaround because I didn’t understand your timeline and had to authorize payment before understanding timing. This induced a good deal of avoidable uncertainty.

We are a national wholesaler that uses Smartpress for our printed catalogs over these last 4 years. Repeatedly they have provided great service and great quality products.

Took a long time to receive everything and the back & forth wasn’t timely compared to what the site to ship timeline was.

For some reason my cards always have inconsistent or uneven cuts. I’ve done two orders of them but they both had the same issues. I do like the print quality and the paper, I just wish they could cut them evenly.

Our collateral prints came out well. The paper weight was really nice, the colors rendered accurately. I wish that SmartPress offered a pre-press check BEFORE purchasing the product to make sure everything is going well in the design process, that would make SmartPress superior to other print companies out there.

I appreciate the regular status updates and quick follow up with proofs. They worked with me until it my order was perfect. Thank you!
