Nooit mee gaan werken
Nooit mee gaan werken. Erg slecht.

Hi,
We understand the result felt too simple for your taste. Simplicity, however, is usually a feature in logo design - not a manufacturing defect.
The business-card images are mockups showing how a logo can look in use, they are not a promise of a bespoke business-card layout. What you purchased was a logo package, not a complete stationery design service.
It may not have matched what you imagined, and that’s fair. But “not what I expected” and “not what was offered” are two different things.
Erg blij mee

Hi Joakim,
We can clarify that we don’t use bots or automated support replies, and that more than 400,000 customers have used our service over the past ten years. A poor experience is fair to criticise but calling an established business a scam is a rather different claim.
