Traurig, dass heutzutage mit allem Geld gemacht wird. Habe die App seit 2016. dementsprechend auch mein halbes Leben gespeichert. Nun soll ich 3,99€ im Monat zahlen ? Sorry. Unverschämt! Die App wird gelöscht.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I made an attempt to use snapchat for my online store merchandise, however, I wasn't informed until after I'd spent 4-5 hrs successfully establishing an account, that, is when I received an alert from my bank that Snapchat had made an attempt to access funds from my account, which I'd previously locked. The problem wasn't that they made an attempt to access payment from my account b/c, I opt in for the ads run, however, the issue I had was - soon as I established my business account - within seconds they made that attempt to access my bank account. Thank God I keep my cards locked when they're not being used. Heck, had my card not been locked, I would've had more funds w/d b/c, I wasn't aware that they were going to access payments w/in seconds of me establishing my account.

Nonetheless, w/in seconds of establishing my business online store account which I'd mentioned previously that'd taken several hours - I then received an email from Snapchat stating, they will charge my credit card "multiple" times for advertising, with the frequency decreasing over time as the amount increases.

Immediately, that was the moment I decided, Snapchat wasn't going to be for me, it's definitely not for advertising business, b/c if that wasn't enough, I searched and searched on my profile account how to delete my snapchat business account - since, I no longer found it useful for my online store; interesting enough, according to the chatbot, there's no way to delete business accounts. According to the chatbot, they only deactivate the account but the "business" accounts remain permanent. I found this to be ludicrous. I told the chatbot, there needs to be a disclaimer upfront for business owners who want to use Snapchat to advertise their merchandise, so that, if they later decide that snapchat isn't benefiting their business then, they should be able to delete their business account and go elsewhere. More importantly, not only merchants but, customers in general should have a choice - an option some where on their profile account to delete their business account if they so choose; instead of being held hostage to Snapchat's ineffective, unorganized, and unstructured app.

IMO, Snapchat should've phased out along time ago, along with many other SM platforms and apps that are not properly nor Federally regulated, which, they should be.

Shows me so many things I don’t want to see, somethings are nasty as well and if report it, it says there is no issue. Real shame and kids can see this sort of stuff too, people dying, fights and everything in between, shocking.

Randomly banned my account years ago and I lost all 600 of my childhood memories and photos etc.

I hope this app get shut down they pick and choice who can say what and do what and soon as a white person who post the same content as you does a report they take your account away and all its data I’m praying on the app downfall

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von Snapchat. Mein Konto wurde ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund dauerhaft gesperrt, obwohl ich die Community-Richtlinien nach meinem Wissen niemals verletzt habe. Das Konto war erst wenige Tage alt und ich hatte bereits viele Follower aufgebaut. Umso frustrierender ist es, dass die Sperrung ohne klare Erklärung erfolgte.

Besonders irritierend finde ich, dass auf Snapchat viele Nutzer Inhalte posten, die offensichtlich gegen die Richtlinien verstoßen, während mein Konto ohne ersichtlichen Grund gesperrt wurde. Auf meine Beschwerde habe ich bisher keine zufriedenstellende Antwort erhalten.

Ich wünsche mir deutlich mehr Transparenz darüber, warum Konten gesperrt werden, sowie einen fairen und nachvollziehbaren Prüfprozess. In meinem Fall hatte ich das Gefühl, dass die Entscheidung willkürlich getroffen wurde. Solange Snapchat hier keine Verbesserungen vornimmt, kann ich den Dienst leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

My brothers account was banned as he has been reported for no reason. I don’t find this very acceptable as there are people on Snapchat who send inappropriate pictures and videos to each other. Another thing is that I don’t find it quite fair as he hasn’t done anything wrong. Snapchat is really annoying and has removed him for no reason while people are sending inappropriate pictures and videos to each other. I hope this could be sorted out please

I agree with many of the other complaints about Snapchat. I worked hard to get followers,after countless times reporting unsolicited pictures and or creepy accounts nothing was really done. They locked my account permanently. I appealed their decision,they decided still to keep my account locked and anytime tried to download my data unable to. This app sucks and lost all the memories and cool stories that uploaded to the public. They just promote creeps/racists. I don’t think humans review these concerns.

I love the actual app itself, it's designed really well and it's a great way to connect to your friends and community, HOWEVER!, Snap Inc. is a abhorrent company. they do not help and do not care, both times I have email for support I was emailed back but was not helped. I had 2 very simple problems, 1) My Account was caught in a lock because I had tried to get some photos back, they didn't get my photos back OR unlock my account. 2) I typed my birth year incorrectly and it showed I was under 18, in which if you are under 18 in snapchat, you cannot change your birth year. Support also didn't help me there. After 2 bad experiences with the support team, it makes you realize that Snap Inc has no care whatsoever for the people that use it, just the CEO and Shareholders that "NEED" more money. The support is below airlines in terms of helpfulness.

Not another app in the world that crushes as much as that sh..it

Imagine being a vlogger pranker, u have over 200k videos/clips from the last decade and snapchat just blocks your account for no reason, saying I hit some guidelines ? for posting a video from my snapmemories, after months of spamming emails and requests, they got tired of it and just send me a mail telling me my account was deleted, thats the customer service of snapchat, they don't care at all, the use some AI automated mails to "help" you

Snapchat er en pædofil app. Og snapchat beskytter sexsuele kækkere. Jeg har flere gange anmeldt profiler for at sende sex videoer. Men snapchat skriver at profilen ikke overskrider deres regler, super flot snapchat at beskytte sex krænkere, men i tjener jo også på at de for lov at beholde deres profil. Jo flere profiler i har jo mere tjener i. Så skide vær med om det går ud over nogle

Eine App, die meiner Meinung nach, so übel schlecht ist, dass man meinen könnte, sie ist von 2008.......

Das ist impertinent frech, wie Ihr die Leute nötigen wollt, die App zu nutzen! Man bekommt die Werbung nicht mehr weg - nur durch Abbruch und neu laden. Unverschämt! Wenn diese App für irgendjemanden interessant und seriös wäre, müsstet Ihr nicht die Leite mit linken Touren dazu drängen...
