Excellent speedy delivery

Excellent speedy delivery - fair price regarding syrup and shipping. Only slight disappointment was I never received a reply to a question I had which I emailed.

In one word crap

We have to do all chasing for an engineer on a brand new machine.
Slow delivery on machine and Dredful slow delivery on slush consumables

I was given a discount code that would not work. Email for a call back and filled in the online form for a response now 3 days later and no reply

Excellent service from start to finish. Clear website information gave you all you need to do an easy order.
We were kept in the loop with the dispatch with regular delivery updates.
