The work team, Leon, Arran, and Alan arrived on time and were conderate, hard working and cheerful,
They were very tidy and cleared everthing up when construction was finished
The results of their labours is top quality conservatory which I can now use as a room even in the winter.
I was impressed with the speed the project was completed in foĺowing my order.

We have bought a house and the conservatory was very tired. Two panels have slipped leaving a gap, plus it was either too hot or too cold. We even thought about knocking it down but decided to give it a go.

I found Snug Roofs through Check a Trader and the reviews were great. I called John and he was straightforward and efficient, providing me with prices and options without the need for a lengthy meeting or hard sell. As someone with a busy work schedule and family commitments, I appreciated this immensely. The company was able to slot me in for the next day, which was a huge plus.

They put the panels back into place and also added roof flashing to ensure a long-term fix. Remarkably, they did not charge extra for this additional work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they put our needs first every time to make sure we were happy with the end result.

Colin went above and beyond and stayed late to make sure the job plus the extras was completed in time and with high quality. The team completed the insulation, plastering, and lighting installation in about a day and a half. They were professional, friendly, and left the space clean enough, exceeding my expectations.

The quality of the work is excellent, and my conservatory is a much more enjoyable and nice place to spend time thanks to John and his amazing team. What a breath of fresh air to find a team that is so hard working, respectful, nice and polite. A truly pleasure to work with.

What a fantastic company - from start to finish amazing, we were kept updated on the progress, the roof looks amazing and the plastering inside is fantastic, all trades men were super friendly and the work was done in a very quick time scale…. Snug roof replaced our plastic conservatory roof with a really well insulated solid roof - it has transformed our use of our home. The whole house feels quieter and warmer. We also had 4 new windows and a new front door. Any snags and problems were handled efficiently and the outcome has been great. There was some really impressive attention to detail. All the workers we encountered worked to a high standard. The office staff were friendly, efficient and communicated effectively. They were very patient as we wrapped our heads across the system of paying for each job in 4 or 5 amounts. Across the two jobs, this felt complicated, however, this system is being reviewed. An extension to the service of an offer of the conservatory ceiling being painted would have been hugely appreciated.

I Just like to say that I am extremely satisfied with level of workmanship of my new conservatory and all the other works that have been done through Snugroof Ltd, I just couldn’t be happier, the level of work has been very high and I had a great experience with the builders and member of staff, the communications right through the build has been second to none, all the work was done under building control inspection. When you decide to employ a company to do a lot of work for you, there is always doubt if you have chosen the right company, well I have to say that I couldn’t have chosen any better than Snugroof. I would have no hesitation of recommending them to anyone who is considering getting some work done, I have not one regret, well done Snugroof for making the building work such a pleasure and to be stress free on my behalf.

We had a new roof installed on our conservatory and the service was fantastic from beginning to end. During the work I had regular calls from the office to see what my thoughts were. I wasn't sure whether or not a new roof would give me full use of the conservatory all year round. However, I'm absolutely over the moon with it and can use it all year round. To note; this has been used as a living room in temperatures as low as 6 degrees Celsius, up to 23 with no problems. Granted I open the windows in the heat, but that's not an issue. I will be recommending Snug Roof to anyone I know hoping for a new conservatory roof.

This is a reliable, professional, approachable, honest company. From my first call with Debbs in the office I was impressed by her knowledge honesty and friendliness. She explained exactly what would happen and booked a sales call. Speaking face to face there was no pressure from the sales rep and they listened to my needs and tailored the job to my individual circumstances. Job was booked in and the office team kept me up to date with times and start dates. Job started, build team were great Job done to high specs and in a timely manner. They were even considerate of my neighbours (who said to tell you all thank you from them) I was contacted at several times during process to make sure I was happy with everything. When I had a query or question it was answered straight away. When they said they would call back they did. Always friendly always happy to help. 100% would use this company again. Snugroof

We recently used Snugroof to replace the UPVC flat, sloping roof on our conservatory. Their representative visited us within a few days of my contacting them. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He carefully explained our options and what Snugroof was able to do. At no point did he apply any pressure, accepting that we would be obtaining quotations from other companies. Very quickly, diagrams of the proposed options were sent via email and we made our choice. Before proceeding, however, we decided to take up the option of visiting the Snugroof factory in South Shields. We were welcomed and decided there and then to accept the quotation we had been given. We have never regretted that decision.
The workmen came on the days they said they would. On day one, the old roof was removed and the new roof installed so that whatever the weather, the room would not get wet. All exterior work was completed on day one as were the electrical fittings. Next came the plasterer who finished insulating the roof, boarded it and plastered it. This was done to a very high standard and all in the space of a twelve-hour shift. Two days later, the electricians came to finish installation of the lights (which only took about an hour) and the next day came the decorator.
There was an extra piece of work we asked to be done, viz. the replacement of some guttering at the front of the house. Another two hours saw that completed.
Quite honestly, we could not have asked for better. The workmen showed up on time, were extremely professional and hard -working and did a marvellous job. We are completely satisfied with the product, the price (which was very competitive) and with the way we were treated. We cannot recommend Snugroof too highly. If you want a good job done – go to Snugroof!

An excellent service provided by Snugroof from start to finish. The courtesy call when the job was finished was appreciated. They have a great team of people both in the office, on the phone and on site. Polite and helpful and time was allowed to make decisions about design etc. Good advice was given at all stages. Their various workers turned up each day and were efficient, professional and as tidy as you can be during a build. Great workmanship, all very skilled in their trades and good communication. They couldn't have been more helpful. It's a very well put together conservatory and looks amazing. I would have no hesitation in contacting the Snugroof team if there were ever any issues at all.
