I had a corner garden office installed by SnugRoof which I am over the moon with. It has been constructed and finished to the highest standard and quality. The lads from SnugRoof showed absolute professionalism, quality and cleanliness throughout the install and the aftercare has been second to none to make sure everything is to my satisfaction. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're thinking of getting a garden office or any sort of garden room and want quality and professionalism at a great cost I recommend you use Snugroof, you won't be disappointed.

From the very first phone call, everything and everyone were very friendly and professional.
Paul, the salesman, was lovely, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with.
Communication was brilliant and the fitters, Michael and his team were amazing. The night before they arrived we had some snow, so it was cold, but they worked like robots and never stopped. Shout out also to the electrician and plasterers both brilliant contractors.
All aspects of paperwork were received on completion of the job without having to chase up.
The work from this company was amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would definitely recommend.

I had my conservatory roof replaced with a insulated tiled roof. What a change should have had it done years ago. Snugroof was first class. The sales office and fitters were excellent. I was kept up to date with each phase, the work was completed earlier than anticipated and all the fitters were first class not only cleaning up but even returned my furniture and re filled the blinds.

We have recently had SnugRoof fit a small flat insulated roof to a room off our kitchen area which previously had polycarbonate plastic roofing together with new patio doors and windows. We had various companies out to give us quotes and designs (which all came in approximately the same give or take a couple of thousands) and once the quotes were received we did extra due diligence as we had concerns about rain water drainage as the new roof would come off the back of our existing garage roof. All the companies suggested box guttering would be the answer, after raising our concerns with them we are still waiting for a response, however, SnugRoof agreed that they did not think that option would work due to the risk of flooding and gave us another better option tailored to our property and needs and also keeping the work within the budget we had set ourselves with the flat roof option including a skylight in the centre to ensure that the room was bright.
Michael and the guys were fabulous in fitting our new roof and worked extremely hard to have the roof completed before the Christmas break. They left the room very clean and tidy.

All our questions were answers quick and efficiently from the team and we were kept up to date as to start dates etc.

We have had small problem with the plastering to one of the back walls but this was not noticed until the wall was dry and painted but SnugRoof have already been out and replastered the wall.

Great service.

I found from the estimator came to the final day of completion of my warm roof on my conservatory that the guys were brilliant in keeping to a suitable time to complete the job despite the very bad weather. Worked very hard, and very polite and friendly and worked with spotlights as it was dark early in the afternoon. I was kept informed continuously of progress and most of all I found the job estimate affordable and value for money. Would highly recommend this local company

I had my new conservatory roof fitted at the end of September 2022, the work force were brilliant and very helpful. Original plan was to have the inside plastic finish, after advice changed mind on day of fitting to plastered roof interior (this finish I would recommend) staff and office staff very helpful with this request and it was no problem to change. The end finish to the job was a dream. I would highly recommend this company.

What can I say other than fabulous. From Paul coming to see us first to talk about changing the conservatory roof to the final last sweep of their brush when finished.

Totally over the moon with our new conservatory roof from SnugRoof. From start to finish everything was done so professionally. Sales Surveyor Paul,a lovely man came out first to check over conservatory and give us a price. No hard sale techniques just a genuine guy. Michael and team worked like trojans to renew roof. Team work fantastic! as were the electricians and plasterers. All workmen left everywhere clean and tidy also they were very helpful and polite. Just recently had an extension/conservatory built from
Snug roof they went above and beyond and made my home beautiful and complete. I can’t thank everyone enough and would highly recommend to all. I had 3 quotes and I’m so pleased I choose Snug Roof as they have been fantastic thank you to all the staff for keeping me updated step by step the lads worked in awful weather at times and still provided 5* quality!

Just recently changed our conservatory roof to a warm roof, local company Snugroof carried out the work and what an amazing job they did, from the first visit to discuss our requirements Gary and his Dad were very polite, well knowledge explaining the full process and lots of advice without any selling pressure, work was scheduled to suit our availability and all the materials and fitting team arrived on time, and what a team the lads were, on time, organised, efficient, very informative with the days planned process, great hard working team Michael, Shaun, Dean and Dougie. Same day the electricians arrived to measure and explain their process both Anthony & James again very professional, friendly, informative.. nothing was any bother to them. The plastering by Martin was exceptional and last but not least Tim the painter was very polite and friendly and finished the job off perfectly... just had to mention the whole team as they are a credit to SnugRoof. Our conservatory roof was destroyed during Storm Arwen - SnugRoof were the only firm who returned my calls and Gary promptly came to the rescue.
For replacement we decided to upgrade to a new warm roof and Gary talked us through the whole process, giving his expert advice along the way. From start to finish the whole team have been excellent - from the initial plans by Rio to the fitters Tony and Johnny who were amazing ensuring that everything was perfectly finished. Nicola and Lisa in the office keep in touch as the work progresses and ensure that as a customer you really feel ‘Looked After’. Any queries are sorted immediately and they are so helpful. They are a very professional team and have delivered a beautiful new roof which I am more than pleased with. Thank you to you all.

Had our old Conservatory roof changed for a warm roof courtesy of Snug Roof. All I can say is wow, what a difference this has made and totally transformed our old useless Conservatory into a house extension which we are now able to use all year round. To say I am happy is an understatement.
I wouldn’t use any other company for this job from Gary the boss who was honest, trustworthy and upfront from the start about price, what was involved, timescales etc, not a salesman trying to pressure sell at ridiculous prices. To Nicola and Deb who run the office and ensure everything runs smooth and that all tradesman turn up as planned, which they did. Michael and the lads who fit the roof were amazing and so skilled, the plasterer, electrician, clean up operation just all like clockwork and high standard workmanship. If you are looking at transforming your old tired Conservatory into an extension which can be used all year round and add value to your home make sure you select Snugroof and don’t bother getting anyone else in, believe me I had numerous companies visit me and wasted so much time listening to sales pitches it was thoroughly depressing. Safe yourself all this and go straight to Gary, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Honestly I have had work done on my house before from other companies but my goodness this company exceeds customer service by 1000%. If you want excellent communication, great group of staff from office staff, roofers, plasterers and electricians you really must try these. They were efficient, clean and nothing was too much bother and great value. My conservatory roof is brilliant. Highly recommend.

We had our conservatory roof changed to a warm all year round roof. From receiving the quote and until the job was finished the whole process was faultless. Gary was super helpful with all my questions and the girls in the office are so efficient, I was informed at every stage of the job and they were checking everyday to make sure everything was ok. Everybody turned up when they said they would, all of the workman were so pleasant, friendly and cleaned away after themselves every day. I would definitely recommend this company and will use again for any future work.
