Great customer service from all the team in particular Sayed was a great help in us choosing our sofa and helping us with queries. Definitely recommend going to Sofology in Highgate as it is a much better store overall customer service and experience.

Just bought our sofa and two chairs from Sofology in Birmingham store. The store is located in a retail park with other furniture stores. Having shopped around, the Sofology furniture met our needs. The price and the quality is very good. We were looked after by Saj, who gave us very useful guidance regarding the structure, the fabric, size etc of our chosen pieces. Looking forward to our furniture arriving in a couple of months time.

The sales assistant Maz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable..but not pushy, , also he and all the other staff were very pleasant and friendly. we were offered a coffee( which I gladly accepted )

Staff don’t tell you about the right discounts available plus too many hidden charges like the EXCESSIVE DELIVERY CHARGE AND NO WAY OF GETTING OUT OF IT 😤😤😤
Also no real rights to cancel etc.
My experience wasn’t very good, after leaving I felt like I dealing with a “back street” outfit!!!

Niyaz was helpful, very patient while we were making our choices! He had a nice relaxed approach & came across as a polite young man 👍🏽
