Sofology is a good place for browsing sofas. Environment is clean and cozy, freedom of trying without disturbing, and staff Rasa catches the right moment to interact, and gives clear and professional explanations and advices.

I had a great experience with Sofology! The loan process was remarkably quick and straightforward, and their customer service was efficient and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Nice environment and good customer service

We had a fantastic experience at Sofology Brent Cross and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

From the moment we walked into the store, we were warmly welcomed by Jimmy, who looked after us throughout our visit. We explained what we were looking for in a sofa, and he took the time to understand our needs before offering helpful recommendations. When we found a sofa we were interested in, Jimmy answered every question we had thoroughly and in great detail. He also gave us excellent advice on how to care for the sofa so we can keep it looking its best for years to come.

When it came to completing our purchase, Jimmy made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. He carefully explained the finance application, went through the terms and conditions clearly, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He also explained the insurance options in detail, giving different scenarios so we fully understood what was covered and could make an informed decision. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was the level of customer service. Jimmy was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right sofa rather than simply making a sale. That level of service gave us the confidence to make our purchase there and then.

Sofology has a premium feel, with beautiful, high-quality furniture, and the customer service matches that standard. If you’re looking for a new sofa, I would highly recommend visiting the Brent Cross store and, if you’re lucky, speaking with Jimmy. Thank you for making what could have been a daunting purchase such an enjoyable and positive experience!

The store was well set out and inviting, the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us space and time to consider our choice. Special thanks to Raza at the shop in Brent Cross who was superb and gave excellent advic, helping us to choose a new sofa.

My experience with Sofology has been extremely disappointing.

The biggest issue is that I was never told the 48-hour exchange window starts from the exact time your deposit is taken, not from the end of the trading day. That is a crucial piece of information that should be clearly explained to every customer, not casually referred to as "48 hours."

The customer service I received from Raz (or Raza) at the Brent Cross store was actually excellent up until this incident. He was friendly and helpful throughout. However, not explaining how the 48-hour policy actually works is what has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was also told I had until 7 p.m. to get to the store, so I drove 1 hour and 40 minutes, only to be told I'd missed the deadline by around 2–3 hours because the 48 hours had started from the exact time I paid my deposit.

Despite this being caused by misinformation from your own staff, Sofology has refused to rectify the situation and is still trying to retain my £1,000 deposit. That is neither fair nor reasonable.

I do want to recognise Shanice at the Enfield store and Ethan from customer services, who have both been professional, efficient and genuinely helpful throughout.

Good customer service is about taking responsibility when mistakes are made. Sadly, that has not been my experience with Sofology.

Offering lots of options with prices when I told her what I was looking for. Helped me set up account to view everything online. Offered me a hot or cold drink. Talked me through all the options. Gave me details of company to dispose of my current furniture.

Happy with the experience in the store. However, The packaging was all broken and the sofa was exposed in multiple areas. Very likely the sofa was then exposed to dirt and dust.

Very helpful salesperson

The salesman who took our order wrote an incorrect email address and misspelt my name. Both these errors were spotted and corrected at the time we placed our order. However, we decided to take out the four year interest free credit option and because of the misspelling of my name, the finance company would not proceed. We contacted Sofology three times to correct the misspelling of our name and email address but after a week we just gave up cancelled our, credit agreement and paid for the whole order with a single payment. This delayed our order by over a week.

I have just moved into a new property and wanted some new sofas. I had been shopping around but had not seen anything I liked.

I walked into sociology and knew that this was where I was going to buy my sofas from.

When I walked in I was welcomed by Raza, who gave me the space to freely walk around and have a look without punching on me for a sale

I explained what I was looking for and what the size of my space was.

There was 3 different sofas I had my eye on and he took the time to go through each option with me to see if it worked with my space.

He spoke to me about the positioning and the size always making recommendations according to what I had said I needed rather than what he was trying to sell, which made me feel in control of the decision rather than being pushed into a decion I was not happy making.

Once I decided on the chairs I wanted we discussed the different options of colours and care and Raza really talked me through this asking me about the colour of the floor which was a big help because I was going to go for the darker option with dark floors. He was able to paint a vision that I could see for myself and I walked away extremely happy with the service and the product.

Definitely a 10 out of 10 for the service I received from Raza at the brent cross sofology I would recommend him to everyone
