Great experience and great customer service. We visited three times and each time we had the best welcome from Jimmy. On our third visit Ahmed guided us with all necessary advice. Jimmy’s knowledge was impressive giving us all the extra information and support we needed. It’s greatly appreciated and process made easier because of Jimmy. I had a great experience shopping at this store. The salesperson was available when we had questions, but never made us feel pressured to buy anything. I appreciated being able to browse at my own pace while knowing help was there if I needed it.

Awful shop manager, awful customer support. They don’t listen and don’t help to resolve issues. Everything is black or white.

Tho, the sales person, a nice lady, tried her best to accommodate me but her manager shut her down.

Babil/Babul Ahmed was extremely helpful and stayed patient throughout. Even when his shift had ended, he didn’t rush the process or show any frustration.
He explained the care cleaning and extras and gave us time to think and allowed us to change our mind too.

Everything was good until the order was placed. Sasan helped us out for hours and was very attentive 10/10. Ended up paying an additional £350 to change the colour of the sofa’s which had NOT gone into production. Then when I said il just cancel and order again, I was told that I’m not allowed to cancel and I MUST take delivery of my order. It’s a shame because everything was all good until companies feel they can say what they want to get their way. I’m fine I gave the £350 anyways but you will also get your well deserved 1 star 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Jimi was a great help, helped us pick the right sofa for our home, explained everything and assisted us to make sure it would fit in our space
