Lovely sales man .. very pleased with the standard

Jimmy at Brent Cross store was super knowledgeable about the range of products available. We were very specific with our requirements and he was able to quickly shortlist two choices for us to consider. We were impressed by his level of professionalism.

Staff at the store were good but delivery is very disorganised. We still have not received our sofa.

Had a long search trying to find a sofa I liked, but after visiting multiple sellers, Sofology was perfect. The website is useful and the staff in the Brent Cross store were very friendly and helpful. Delivery was efficient and was great to have it professionally assembled for me.

I had a really pleasant experience at the Sofology Brent Cross, thanks to one of the staff members (Jimmy) who assisted me during my purchase. He were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the furniturs. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and provided helpful recommendations without making me feel pressured.
What impressed me the most was his professionalism and willingness to go the
extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. His positive attitude and

The sales lady called Mariana made the sofa buying experience magical. She is brilliant at her job, totally excellent and a pleasure to deal with from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we completed the paperwork the next day. She has given me confidence that I will continue to enjoy my relationship with Sofology.

As soon as we entered the store Jimmy greeted us and asked us what sort of style/design we wanted. He then took the time to show us through all of the options. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. Once we decided on our sofa he made sure we were happy with all of the accessories and talked us through it all. Very glad Jimmy was the one who attended to us.

The whole experience was excellent. Great staff and particularly, Raza was amazing in giving advice and very knowledgeable.

We visited Sofology Brent Cross today and purchased a Heston recliner. From the moment we walked in, Raza was welcoming, informative, and friendly. He took the time to explain our options without any pressure and made the whole experience smooth and delightful. Really impressed with the customer service – thank you, Raza!

Assured the sofa would fit no matter what (removed legs, break into parts, take through window). Lost full deposit when it turned out that wouldn’t be possible. Huge let down at 20% of sofa cost.

Sofology clinched it for me because they have classic styles amongst all the bling which is fine but not my thing, even more importantly the one I chose (Hackney 4 seater sofa with memory foam)) is incredibly comfortable (so end up sleeping on it sometimes).
Plus they offer an interest free finance option which I chose over 2 years.

Vast selection of sofas at every price range and styles not available at other furniture shops. Sales staff Junaid is very helpful and friendly. Had good knowledge on the sofas we chose and went clearly through the finance procedure
