Excellent service. Sales person Ethan was polite, patient and did not press for sale. We got enough time with very thoughtful and engaging discussion to finalise our order.

We had a great experience with Sofology. Ethan was knowledgeable and had some great advice. He was friendly and professional, never obviously pushing the sale. We were shown a variety of sofas, colours and materials and also given excellent instructions about warranty, cleaning etc. Thank you Sofology.

Really lovely service
Really lovely service, super helpful without being invasive, gave us all the time in the world to look around, then was really knowledgeable about configurations, options and extras.. no hard sell! Highly recommend!

Chilled, friendly and no pressure
The staff were very friendly. I didn’t feel pressured, they weren’t in your face, allowed you to look, try the furniture and then allowed us to approach them which I liked and then have a conversation.

What a find
What a find, and what a good service. I had to give Sofology in Cambridge a five star review simply because of the excellent service we received. Everything was explained fully to me by Ethan, so there were no surprises when the money discussion came up. Reasonable price and extremely good quality, with the added bonus it was made in Britain.
