Excellent service. Sales person Ethan was polite, patient and did not press for sale. We got enough time with very thoughtful and engaging discussion to finalise our order.

Very helpful, were shown lot's of option's on couches and I bought the one I fell inlove with. Very reasonable prices, great informative, pleasant staff. The trip to Sofology made my day.

Spot on customer service!!
Matthew from the Cambridge branch was excellent, he wasn’t your typical pushy sales rep, and he was very helpful with moving furniture around in different lighting.

We popped in last night desperate for a sofa after waiting for 12 weeks for a sofa at a different store that didn't fit into our house in the end!
Ethan was absolutely brilliant, reassured us on the delivery and checked the spec to ensure it would definitely fit into our home and he was so knowledgeable on all aspects of the sale, without being pushy.

Purchased the Tallulah sofas 6 months…
Purchased the Tallulah sofas 6 months ago. Feathers constantly come out, and everyday, every single god damn day, the small hypodermic needle sharp feathers are stuck in my back or clothing, may I suggest next time filling them with shards of broken glass and barbed wire, to achieve a more comfortable experience whilst laying on them.
