Paul was a great guide throughout the store, very informative and helpful. Can highly recommend our experience with the store and hopefully we will be just as pleased with our sofas when they arrive

Sofa purchase
Had previously been to view sofas and went back to make final decision. Callum was friendly but not pushy and went through the purchase process efficiently.

Staff very attentive and knowledgeable...Explained everything about the design, make and aftercare so that I understood everything before making a purchase.

A very pleasant experience
The experience was very pleasant and you were made to feel very welcome with not a lot of pressure
The salesman Calum was wonderful and very friendly and now can’t wait for our sofas to be delivered
Also it was a great cup of coffee 😁

I'd recommend this store.
Large choice of sofas, which is great. No pressure from the sales assistant, just helpful advice. Offers of help, no following you around. Choice of coverings could be better, maybe more transparency over how much different coverings cost would be nice.

The salesman Callum who attended us was…
The salesman Callum who attended us was very helpful and friendly,but not pushy. The layout of the shop was very pleasant with plenty of stock to choose from. Having found what we wanted the transaction was straightforward and we left with a full understanding of delivery and contact details should we have any questions. In all a very enjoyable experience

Great new store with plenty of selection
Good range of sofas to select from and helpful and pleasant staff. Harrison was very helpful, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable on the sofa we were looking at.
