Great friendly staff not at all pushy and explained everything thoroughly. After visiting all the other sofa shops in the area sofology felt the easiest and best fit for us

Great experience from start to finish
I went into the store very quickly after another sofa retailer. And the difference of approach was completely different! Welcoming but not pushy. Then straight away the gent that dealt with us (me, my wife and 4 year old son) clearly wanted to help us and guide us to the correct choice. Very happy and probably wouldn’t even try anywhere else next time around!!

Lovely staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Nice big shop with plenty of room between displays. Welcoming atmosphere. Great prices. Interest free credit is nice option!

Nic (Nicola) sold us 2 sofas today. We spent nearly 3k, more than intended, but delighted with our purchase. Nic was generous with her time, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made the whole experience relaxed and pleasant. Well done, Nic. Excellent customer service.
