The lady who helped me work out the right sofa was helpful patient and listened to me as I tried to work out which sofa would fit my space back home.

Many shops visited for new suite. But finally selected from Sofology at Chester
We have been looking for a new suite for a numbers of months and visited many shops. All were good and staff nice.
However, Sofology at Chester were finally our first choice.
Great range of products. Staff were really good. We delt with Daniel, who really knew his stuff and able to answer all of our questions.

Ive never bought from Sofology before …
Ive never bought from Sofology before but after all the furniture shops we visited in Chester, Sofology had the best range in our opinion.
Staff were very helpful and we didnt feel any pressure (like some shops)
Peter and Julia were amazing.
Can't wait to get our sofas now.
We chose the OSCAR range.

Was served by Julia when we visited the store and she was really friendly & very helpful. She explained the whole process of purchasing the sofa we had our eye on with no pressure at all. We went away to think about it & she’s since helped me step by step in processing the order online. Lovely lady.

Positive buying experience
Really happy with my experience buying a sofa from Pete, he spent time going through the various options and at no point did I feel pressured. He gave good advice and I feel happy with my decision to purchase.
