Visited the Dundee store and ordered our dream sofa. Rhi was so lovely and helped us get everything planned out to make it a straightforward process! Can’t thank her enough for all her advice.

Kamran helped us choose our sofa he was very patient and helpful and put no pressure on us. it’s our first big sofa purchase and we were stuck between two and could not decide so we went away to think about it and then came back once we had decided. Kamran helped us with the dimensions and what it would look like in our new home and answered all of our questions. Excellent customer service and we would 100% recommend.

Brian was very friendly x welcomed us as soon as we came into the shop then left us to look around. He was very knowledgable and was able to help us in a decision.

I had a lovely experience at the Dundee Sofology store and wanted to say a huge thank you to the team, especially Rhi and Zee.

We were made to feel welcome straight away as we were greeted at the door and shown where to find the sofa range I'd come in to see. While I was browsing, I never felt pressured or followed around, which I really appreciated. The staff gave me plenty of space to look, but regularly checked in to see if I had any questions and were always friendly, approachable and happy to help.

Rhi and Zee took the time to chat with both me and my mum, getting to know us rather than just focusing on making a sale.

We ended up spending hours in the store because I was so indecisive about which sofa to choose! At no point did anyone make me feel like I was wasting their time. We were offered drinks, given a comfortable place to sit while browsing different options on the iPad, and everyone remained incredibly patient with me.

Rhi was fantastic. She spent so much time helping me explore different layouts and styles, listened to all my ideas, answered my endless questions, and let me take measurements and move different layouts around so I could picture how everything would look in my living room. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

Once I'd finally made my decision, Rhi explained everything clearly, including the care packages, delivery process and how to keep the furniture looking its best, so I left feeling confident about my purchase.

Overall, the customer service was wonderful. The whole team was friendly, professional, and patient. I would happily recommend the Dundee store to anyone looking for a new sofa.

I ended up purchasing a sofa, chair and footstool, and I can't wait for them to arrive. Thank you again to everyone for all the help!

Update on debacle with delivery..

After receiving an email from Sofology stating as follows: “I still have slots available currently for delivery on 02/07, and I will book this once the cancellation has been processed on our end” I proceeded to book the day off work and arranged for my old sofas to be uplifted. I’ve now had a phone call to advise that they cannot deliver on 02/07! I cannot rearrange my day off so effectively I’ve now lost a days pay and the old sofas have been uplifted so I have nothing to sit on…total joke of a company!!
