We've recentIy purchased our first Sofology sofa and had a positive experience with Holly the sales person at the Hull store when purchasing our sofa. Holly was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect option without any pressure. Her professionalism and warm personality made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Holly to anyone shopping for furniture at Sofology Hull, many thanks.

Lovely member of staff, efficient service. Only coplaint is old fabric was out that they no longer did for the sof i chose.

Nice store, great ambiance.
Charlotte greeted us early on in the store, she wasn't pushy and very knowledgeable. We explained what kind of sofa we wanted and that we had restrictions for the size and she pointed out the perfect sofa straight away. Very good overall experience!

Charlotte was amazing and they all where great with our 2 year old. All very knowlegable and helpful but never pushy.

On phoning to amend the order (colour), no problem. Sorted.

Great service from Gary in the Hull store

When we entered the store we were greeted by Gary. He asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for then pointed us in the right direction and left us alone to browse. He told us if there was anything he could help with to just ask.
After deciding on what we wanted he went through the options with us.
A pleasant experience throughout.

Bought a sofa , the salesman listened and gave us the advise that we needed, friendly service and good knowledge, we can't mention the delivery but overall the service was very good

She was very good and new she soft and help to get suit

Charlotte was very helpful and informative and had good product knowledge.

She made the experience very easy and was not pushy in any way but let us come to our own decision by helping with our queries.
