Totally wrong delivery address even though we spent a week or more trying to rectify it by phone calls and emails . It got to the actual day of delivery when we made 3 more phone calls and was told by an incompetent person that we would not receive the sofa. We had disposed of our old one . Very stressful and angry. Will never deal with these people again.

Steve, was very helpful and not at all pushy with additional items such as care cover etc. The whole process was very straightforward. Thanks.

We visited a few sofa stores today, but we return to the hull one as we picked the sofa we liked but also the service was spot on, Holly helped us they were not pushy just the right amount of helpful, the gentleman who also made a banging cuppa was great sorry didn't get his name

The lady that served us was amazing (at hull I can’t remember her name but she had a little boy) and gave us options rather than just saying we can’t do that. She made she we was aware of everything size, the way it would look etc. She also was able to fit it to our budget by giving us different financial options.
