Kind helpful no pressure just a great experience thank you

Once again great experience buying from Sofology… very little hassle, given time to find the right sofa and Chris was a great help during order process, wouldn’t go anywhere else to get a sofa!

Great experience....left to look round...answered our questions with confidence.

Excellent knowledgeable staff, very helpful without being overly pushy. Excellent customer service as I needed to change some of my order details the following day, the staff member was very helpful with this and it wasn’t a problem. I would highly recommend.

Shopping st the Hull store

Great in store experience, pending delivery of our new sofa and chair. Looking forward to receiving them…

No pressure to buy, left to browse and approach sales assistant when needed.

Nat made our experience great this staff member was knowledgeable and friendly and made us laugh.
She explained everything in great detail answered all our questions we had a lot ! She also guided us through payment ensuring everything we asked for was included in the final order which I did over the phones very good experience thank you Nat.

The customer care has always been great. Gary is the person we normally deal with and we can say everything runs smoothly.

I was told my sofa and chair would be delivered 9 days ago. My delivery was the vans 2nd stop. My sofa has yet to arrive. Not one senior manager has taken responsibility and called to explain why my sofa is in Doncaster and my chair is in Nottingham when in should be in my house near Hull. When you ring the customer support team you can wait over 20+ minutes and get no answer. There must be some systemic problems in this business. Sofology is part of the DFS group. I have tried to escalate twice to senior managers. I was told both times it would take 72 hours for them to contact me. They still haven't so we can only speculate where the problems lie...but a wild guess would be at the top.

This is the second time we have been and purchased a chair to go with our sofa. The lady we dealt with was lovely and helpful and sorted it out in minutes. Overall both visits have been very enjoyable
