Very helpful and easy to deal with

Very helpful, informative and agreeable. Didn't try to push me in any particular direction just helped in any way they could.

Mark was excellent and gave us great advice on all the sofas we looked at. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and I was happy to buy a sofa from him.

Suzie was absolutely fantastic for us. Before visiting, we’d tried several sofa shops without much luck including Sofology multiple times over the last 6 months. Our new build house has awkward dimensions, which was making it really tricky to find a sofa suitable for the space.

Suzie took the time to understand what we needed, and offered a new perspective on how to use the space. What had started to feel like a chore became genuinely enjoyable.

Suzie was super enthusiastic, thoughtful and positive - and very patient while we um’d and arh’d over the colour.

We never felt as though we were under pressure to buy or change our minds, she struck the perfect balance between giving us new options while never being pushy.

Suzie made the experience easy, and we’re really excited to receive our sofa.

Our experience with Steph from Sofology North Shields was excellent from start to finish. Her customer service was first class, with no pressure sales. She was helpful and informative and then left us to browse ourselves. We had some questions before we left the store, Steph was happy to help, giving us her business card incase we had any further questions.
Loved not being followed around the store, although I’m sure she was watching from a discrete distance.
We have ordered a fabulous sofa and chairs which will by with us in a few weeks.

I visited Sofology at the silverlink north shields and was greeted by polite friendly staff in particular Linsie who went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the best possible sofa for me and my busy household, she was very knowledgable nothing was too much trouble and we had a very pleasant experience, we can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive.

Leanne was very helpful, informative and considerate in just the right amount of help and not being over bearing. Great overall experience.

Great service from Susie at the Silverlink North Shields store today. She was really helpful and have great advice. Bought a chair off her on the spot.

We liked the ‘no pressure’ sales team - there to help if you needed it. Steph was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Loaned us swatches to check the match.
Went back the next day and made the purchase. Very happy so far - looking forward to receiving the chair, thanks.

Both young lady assistants were pleasant & knowledgeable - no hard push - & put up with my ‘old school’85 yr old father - but managed to get him a seat that he wanted - thank you!
