Knowledge for the product we had in mind, no hard sell, would have walked out otherwise. Expert product knowledge, very polite, tea and coffee and offered overall excellent

Very helpful assistant no pressure just excellent advice and patience whilst we debated and chose never felt under pressure to commit to anything it was very relaxed and refreshing

Jo was really knowledgeable about the products while not imposing herself. Happy to allow us to wander, but attentive enough to see when we wanted help.

From first walking in to store a young lady approached us could not fault the customer service a young lady called libby explained how everything worked in the shop told us to look around then came back to us and helped us to choose the correct sofa she went above and beyond to help us

The lady approached us very chatty let us wander around without following us she then noticed us looking at a sofa came across and had a chat but then let us carry on looking we decided on one and waited for her as she was lovely

I was very pleasantly surprised with the amount of fabulous sofas to choose from and how well the showroom is set up . Susie our sofologist was super friendly ,informative and helpful ,she gave us all the advice we needed when purchasing our beautiful sofa and can't wait to see it in my living room. I would highly recommend sofology if your looking for a well made and beautifuly designed sofa.

The lady that helped me with my sofa and chair, was very helpful and professional. Explaining the different fabrics and colors which I could have them in, also delivery of 7 week that I thought was very reasonable would highly recommend using Sofology

Very helpful and knowledgeable lady that helped with our purchase. Visited the store a couple of times and Stef Bowie was extremely helpful. Very friendly and made our experience so much easier.
