Sofology - North Shields レビュー 

Mark the salesman was really helpful and knowledgeable. He had a lovely manner and not pushy. I’ve always had the perception that sofology was expensive and never looked inside until recently. It’s a lovely sofa shop and I will recommend it to family and friends

The sales staff encountered across the number of branches were knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Karen made choosing a sofa so easy, she give me advice as I was so unsure on what to choose, I always go to scs but I won’t from now on and iv told everyone to come to you because of the choice of sofas and the brilliant staff

The level of knowledge from the assistant was good and she seemed to offer good advice regarding the product we were interested in. However at the point of sale the ‘awkward’ bit if the conversation takes place - £20 to deliver one chair - an additional £129 for the second chair ( 2 chairs ordered ) - this cannot be right??
Then ‘Sofa shield protection’ (insurance) potentially 12%of the order value - then the Sofa Care kit potentially another £30 - £40. - it all starts to add up? ( the exact money values may be slightly off as I stopped listening at this point) To top it all I was asked to make a charity donation to families who need furniture.

All that said I would recommend the actual sofas/chairs as good quality as I have returned several times.

Honest advice no hard selling, just allowed to wander around until we saw the sofa we liked.

The service was brilliant from both of the staff. On initially looking at funiture , Mark came to our assistance . We returned the next day and the lady helped us to make our choice.

The member of staff was excellent, very well informed and helped me choose my sofas without any pressure

I was not immediately attended to when walking in the shop which allowed me to browse then ask for assistance when I needed it. That is greatly appreciated. The member of staff i was involved with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Really good customer service.

WARNING - The furniture was chosen and the deposit paid, however when the receipt was produced I noticed a £129.00 charge for delivery, which I wasn't told about at the time of order. I find this completely underhand and sneaky….. make sure you ask if you are being charged for delivery!!!!

Brilliant in simple terms is how l would describe the whole experience

The salesperson was friendly, polite and not at all pushy. The young lady made the experience a pleasurable one.

We were left alone to browse and when we decided what we were going to buy it was a fast easy process
