Staff at Elliot’s field retail park could not have been any more friendly and helpful.

We had visited all of the sofa shops on the rugby estate and got a mixture of service and sales staff, however upon visiting sofology we had the warmest and most efficient welcome. Fran helped us immediately in a really friendly way, was incredibly knowledgeable about the products offered as well as wait times and was a real pleasure to deal with. Her skills were far and above the other sofa shops and we felt she was incredibly honest and helpful. We are so happy with her purchase and Fran was a great part of the experience. She's great! The other 2 chaps who were there were also super helpful too. Would really recommend a visit. Excited for our new sofa to arrive and in only 2 weeks!

The staff were very helpful and clear and patient.

The lady who served me was friendly non pushy and customer service was fantastic. I had to go away and remeasure there was no pressure she was amazing. Very knowledgeable.

Lloyd was super helpful, not pushy at all and had the perfect level of humour that made us feel relaxed. On our 2nd visit we made the purchase which was simple and straightforward. Lots of information offered and great advice for plumping the cushions !

We were offered the opportunity to shop around at other furniture stores in the Rugby retail park, which we did, but obviously came back. Definitely would recommend the Rugby Sofology.

The team at Rugby (particularly Lisa) were extremely helpful. The store had a great variety of sofas to try and out they struck a good balance between letting us explore the store but being on hand to help us when we needed it. We went to a few different Sofa places but Sofology was the best. This will be where we come first next time we're looking for a sofa.

We recently purchased our new sofas from Sofology and had a fantastic experience thanks to Jodie. She provided first-class service from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jodie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit for our home. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend asking for her if you're visiting.

We went to the Rugby store. The staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Nothing was any trouble and everything was explained clearly. We are especially grateful to Bart who walked us through every step of the process.
