We bought recently our sofa from the Elliott's Field retail area and the product range were great and mostly sales team are lovely and very professional, thank you Fran :)

Great experience and wonderful sofas

No pressure relaxind enviroment polite staff

Lisa the sales rep was lovely gave us time and did not rush or push us, hospitality was great, had a coffee while we sat on our sofa we ordered. Can not fault the service we had in store. Thank you

From walking into the showroom, to leaving after my purchase, I have been enormously impressed with Sofology as a company and with the incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and delightful staff employed there - in particular Lloyd, who is such a credit to the company. It seems absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Any questions were answered with patience and reassurance. I am a very satisfied customer regarding the buying process and look forward to my furniture being delivered. Great!!

Very painless experience, helpful not pushy good all round

Staff were friendly and available but not hovering or pushy. Once we had decided they were very helpful.

Special mention to Lloyd, who took our order. He was very personable and professional.

Sales team were extremely helpful and friendly. The insurance was explained clearly and in full, my only disappointment was when the invoice was sent through there was a cost of £129 added for home delivery! This was totally unexpected as there was no mention of this cost at all, if it was in the small print it was not pointed out nor did I see it. For this reason only I’m am rating low as I feel that I was miss leaded and not informed of the actual costs upfront. I am awaiting a response from Sofology.

Beautiful sofas and great service!

The sales lady at Sofology on Eliots fields in Rugby (wish I had taken her name!) was brilliant.
None of the usual pushy sales techniques or following us round the store, but warm and friendly and gave information when we wanted it.

Very nice and lovely. They answered all our questions and very understanding.

Friendly, helpful

From the moment I walked into Sofology in Rugby I had a good feeling, and after visiting a couple of other furniture stores, which seemed more interested in obtaining their commission, I returned to Sofology to purchase an electric recliner.
The sales assistant, Lloyd, was fantastic. On my first visit he pointed out where to look and left me alone to try out various chairs, and only approached me to give me info on a couple of chairs I was interested in.
I ended up returning and purchasing one of the chairs, with Lloyd’s help, and he explained that they do not receive commission from sales. He was extremely friendly and very thorough with his information and advice.
I’m very happy with my choice and look forward to its delivery.

The staff at the Rugby store were fantastic talking my wife and I through our purchase of the sofa we had decided to buy.
What I was not happy with is having to pay £129.00 to have the sofa delivered, this extra cost is something I find difficult to understand when spending so much with your company.

Went back within the 48 hours allowed if you want to change your mind. Saw the same young man. (Lloyd). He was happy to make the changes we wanted and it was done smoothly and in a courteous manner.

We enjoyed our Sofology experience. Fran, our sales advisor at Sofology, Rugby, was excellent. She gave honest answers to any questions raised and was helpful in recommending the best sofa and chair covers for our situation. We had not originally considered buying from Sofology, but the suitability and quality of the products and service stood out.
