Good customer service

I placed an order on 14th November (Customer service in the store was good), but had a change of mind and called the very next day (15th November) to request a cancellation. I was told someone would contact me within 72 hours.

It has now been 10 days, and I still haven’t received a single call back. I’ve phoned customer service several times, and each time I’m told that a note has been added to the system — but no actual update or progress.

What I find frustrating is that on Trustpilot reviews, Sofology often replies quickly, asking customers to provide their order number so someone can look into it. If the customer service team can respond so promptly here, why can’t the same level of care be given when customers call directly?

I’m simply waiting for a clear update on my cancellation request. At the moment, the communication has been very disappointing.

Excellent customer service and very helpful in helping us to choose the correct sofa for our house. Mohan was outstanding and will be visiting again very soon.

Mohan from the Slough branch was very friendly , helpful and professional , he did not rush us and was genuine.

We have been to Sofology several times as we wanted to make sure we made the right decision. Each time we have visited the Slough store the staff were excellent. They weren’t pushy and let us browse but were on hand the moment we needed them. Today we bought our furniture and Garry was extremely patient and helpful

We could look around and try the sofas without feeling pressured.
When Garry the sales assistant asked if we needed help, he was gently in his approach towards us.

It was a great experience at the store. The Sales person was quite understanding not in rush, understand our concerns advising nicely.

Mohan (Slough store) is amazing. He stuck with me and helped me even when I was being stubborn and indecisive. He's a credit to the company.

Sofa not arrived within the twelve weeks, tried to ring spoke to a very argumentative man who put the phone down on me. Hope you had recorded the phone call as he refused to give me his name!!!!

Mohan made the experience buying a new sofa easy , he let me browse the store, then came back , once I had chosen the sofa I wanted . Told me everything from care of my new sofa ,to price , etc , and to what to expect in the coming weeks to receiving the sofa overall a very easy experience at Sofology , ( I was initially heading to DFS , im very glad I didnt)

Dealt with promptly and a very friendly manner. No pressure to make a purchase or change our mind. Could not have been dealt with any better.

Calm quick collective

Unlike other sofa stores you go into, we were left alone to browse rather than followed and spoken to every minute about their products. We were politely acknowledged and left to browse until we were ready to ask questions. We found a sofa we really liked and then the sales team were quick and efficient with processing our order which will be ready hopefully within 2 weeks. We needed a quick delivery due to moving house. We were in store less than an hour. Excellent

Staff very helpful, polite and informative. Made our shopping experience very pleasant.
