BEWARE !!!
When visiting the store I selected a potential suite (3 seater, 2 seater and foot stool) but was concerned it may not fit into my house. My first instinct was not to order there and then but to go home and measure before ordering. I was assured that if I ordered then, I had 48 hours to cancel if on returning home I found it was too big. This was discussed at some length with the sales consultant. I made the error of taking this as gospel and signed the order there and then. It transpired that it is NOT possible to cancel once signed. You are IMMEDIATELY committed to an order. The most they will offer is to select a different suite. DO NOT TAKE THESE PEOPLE AT THEIR WORD. - DO NOT SIGN ON THE SPOT !

My advice - SHOP ELSEWHERE - Sofology have gone out of their way to be unhelful on this issue. I will make sure to pass my story on to as many as possible to ensure they steer well clear of this complany.

Met an amazing staff member called Leon, who helped us place our sofa order. From the very beginning, he was polite, friendly, and genuinely engaging, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

What really stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. After placing the order, I had to call back to make a few adjustments, and he handled everything so patiently and efficiently. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

It’s rare to come across such excellent customer service these days, and it truly made a difference. A big thank you for making the whole process stress-free, would definitely recommend to family and friends

Great service our second leather sofa and chair from sofology Solihull however on trying to pay balance before Sunday delivery 25 minutes on phone premium rates only for a glitch at the end. So I have to drive there tomorrow morning. Terrible customer service

Great people in store . Very welcoming and good knowledge of the products we wanted to purchase . Fast and clear when we put the order together and a lovely cuppa while we waited .

Don't purchase a sofa from Sofology unless you expect to never receive any helpful and supportive customer service following delivery. Their sales staff in store are badly informed/trained about the products and Head Office just states "well you signed a document to confirm all options were discussed". How, as a customer, do you know what all options are if the sales staff haven't been trained on all options??

Check for reviews after delivery as I did originally give 5 stars for my initial visit. Deleted that review as their aftersales is appalling.

Standard response from social media team. Ive already been through their full complaints procedure and received another standard response: I signed to say all options were discussed. If I didnt know there was another option, how would I have known all options were discussed?

Really helpful and knowledgable

When we walked into the shop it felt very relaxed and able to look around in comfort. We had great advice from Leon the sales man ,no pressure in buying and great advice

Joshua Darling was extremely accommodating on our visit today. He explained everything and was very professional.

A very helpful assistant was nearby to help with any information we required.

Visited the solihull store last week,we we're left alone initially to look around.
Then Ali introduced himself to us,and completely left us to look around uninterrupted until we needed Ali'S help..
Once we'd decided on what we needed Ali made the experience the easy and simple....
Made adjustments 24hrs later over the phone,nothing was to much trouble..

Sofa hasnt arrived yet so cant feedback on the quality etc.but the sales process was great.

Salesperson greeted us and then stepped into the background. Any question we had were dealt with with a friendly answer. No pressure for us to buy. Ali, the salesman took us through every step when we decided to buy. A very enjoyable experience, will definitely recommend to potential sofa searchers.

Excellent customer service and efficient service

Great service, we went into the store multiple times to look at sofas. When we found our sofa, the order process was easy and everything was clear. Delivery was great, efficient and the sofas are amazing!

Ali was amazing no pressure at all and nothing was too much trouble he explained everything in great detail and changing the colour after ordering was none with no hassle highly recommend and fabulous quality

Aliza was very helpful and friendly when we called in last week, and she explained everything very clearly. When I went in today - a week later - to place the order, she remembered me and the product I wanted instantly, and guided me through the whole process with great care and friendly attention. She is an asset to Sofology.
