Salesperson greeted us and then stepped into the background. Any question we had were dealt with with a friendly answer. No pressure for us to buy. Ali, the salesman took us through every step when we decided to buy. A very enjoyable experience, will definitely recommend to potential sofa searchers.

Excellent customer service and efficient service

Great service, we went into the store multiple times to look at sofas. When we found our sofa, the order process was easy and everything was clear. Delivery was great, efficient and the sofas are amazing!

Ali was amazing no pressure at all and nothing was too much trouble he explained everything in great detail and changing the colour after ordering was none with no hassle highly recommend and fabulous quality

Aliza was very helpful and friendly when we called in last week, and she explained everything very clearly. When I went in today - a week later - to place the order, she remembered me and the product I wanted instantly, and guided me through the whole process with great care and friendly attention. She is an asset to Sofology.

We visited your Solihull store twice whilst making our decision. On the first occasion we were attended to by Ali and by Leon on the second. Both were extremely polite and helpful readily supplying the information requested and volunteering additional detail. A satisfactory result all round.

Leon was very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture. He spent time with us providing details and then left us to browse at our own leisure without being overly persistent. Something I really appreciate.

Ali who helped us with the purchase was amazing and very knowledgable. He went above and beyond to help us when the other lady who was in the store dismissed us quickly and was very aloof and never bothered to help.
