First rate service, the item was great.

Leon the showroom guide was exceptional, the two guys who installed were courteous friendly and fast

Leon at the Shirley Solihull branch was fantastic with us and provided all the information we needed and answered all our questions. Didn't feel pressured at all and he was very understanding of our autistic son we had with us. I great all round experience of what I thought would be stressful for us. Would recommend sofology. Love our new sofas they have given our living space a much needed revamp.

Great help from the guys at Solihull. Left us to look around at our own pace then made the buying process really easy.

Just been on the phone to customer care in regards to cleaning kits which I was charged (4x£39.99) this shouldn’t have happened as I purchased ex displayed Sofia from the showroom and was told by the salesman he would send me out complimenting care kits beacuse of dust and minor stains on sofas .
I have now found out I was charged £120 for these care kits( of which I received 2) and they are not willing to issue a refund instead are going to send me 2 care kits I didn’t receive !!
Really disappointed with this company with lack of customer care . Won’t be shipping again

Sent to right hand pieces of a recliner and took them both back with no idea when I could receive it

Great customer service in store. All questions answered honestly and time given to discuss the best configurations for our house. Would definitely recommend!
