We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Sofology store in Shirley, thanks to Josh and Nia. From the moment we walked in, they made both myself and my partner feel completely at ease, with a friendly, welcoming approach that never felt pushy.

Josh and Nia were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different sofa options in great detail, ensuring we fully understood the materials, comfort levels, and features of each product. They listened carefully to what we were looking for and offered honest, helpful advice tailored to our needs.

What really stood out was how they went the extra mile, recommending additional products and services that were genuinely beneficial rather than unnecessary. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend visiting the Shirley store and speaking to Josh and Nia if you’re looking for excellent customer service.

The sales rep, leon, told is where to find all the sofas we had earmarked and was super helpful, but not pushy at all. I was really set on a particular footstool, but not the sofa, and he moved it downstairs so i could see together, we ended up buying both - he was super friendly and excellent customer service !

I recently bought sofas from the Sofology store in Solihull and was looked after by Ali, who was excellent throughout. He was friendly, attentive and really took the time to understand what I needed. His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained the differences between styles, materials and options in a clear and honest way.

Ali was very patient while I went back and forth between different models, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He offered helpful suggestions and helped me visualise how each sofa would work in my home.

The ordering process was smooth and straightforward thanks to him. He talked me through everything clearly, including delivery timelines and care advice.

Overall, Ali made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. He’s a real credit to Sofology and I’d highly recommend asking for him if you’re shopping for a sofa.

Assistant was very good

Aliza was so lovely. Not pushy at all. She listened and answered our questions and was extremely helpful.

All options covered, no massive hard sell for extras but good advice given.
Quality looks good, showroom laid out well and website also good, but would recommend going into store as the salesman was really helpful and explained it all in much better detail.

just wanted to compliment on great customer service - i placed a order for new recliner sofa from sofology recently at solihull branch the way LEWO IQBAL treated us - very satisfactory he is such a good person the way he explained everything and treated us esp my little one making him happy providing biscuits, colouring book, overall interacting really pleased. thank you for making my experience wonderful and cant wait to have my sofa delivered. :)

The salesman Josh Darling was excellent but it would have been nice if he was allowed to give us something off bearing in mind we were spending over £2000 it would not have hurt the company to throw in the cleaning box FOC but everything was an extra which we felt was a bit harsh and would not encourage us to make another purchase

Great experience. Salesman was quick to offer help, but at same time wasn’t pushy and let us browse ourselves. Didn’t feel pushed into anything.

Was extremely informative and clear in the sales process
