I had a lovely shopping experience, I found the perfect recliner sofa, the sales team were very friendly.

Was approached just after we arrived in the store, friendly welcome by all staff, but not pressured sales, given plenty of time to browse while Staff were available to question if we needed, we actually left the store to check what was available at 2 other stores next door but returned as happy with our first choice. The gentleman then came to speak to us asked if we needed anymore help. We discussed our choice, he made sure we were aware of the delivery charge on top ! Which I had already noticed, we completed the transaction and he made sure we knew it might arrive a week later than the expected 2 depending which depot would deliver, also as we live on a farm he was aware that w live outside the village by I presume checking a map on his pad ? Totally happy with the service from him plus the other 2 sale staff working today

The whole experience was 10 out of 10 .

So easy to choose and get a new suite your member of staff was so nice and polite and told us everything we needed to know

The gentleman that helped us choose. Couldn't have been more helpful.

Bought the paramount sofa (which I would advise anyone not to buy) had it just 7 months, from the day it arrived the delivery driver damaged the brackets on the legs (advised was only way to get it in) technician came out and said what a load of rubbish, managed to sort something out but said would always be an issue, wasn't told about any gliders for the sofa, technician helped with this. Next day noticed the cup holder smashed, so this was then having to be replaced ( but having to wait weeks for the item to be sent out and then having to chase up the product with delivery driver as I work full time and they keep trying to deliver but won't send it to a neighbour and no where else it can be delivered too) then waiting weeks for technician to come out but not available on days I was off, then having to waste holidays or ringing in sick to work.
Then there was a technician problem with cup holder and yet again all this repeats.
I also find the sofa very uncomfortable to sit on and finding I get backache and neck ache.
I trying to complain but don't seem interested in helping except sending me parts of sofa.

Previously ordered from this firm before. When we arrived we were welcomed by a member of staff and were told that if we wanted to ask anything we should call on a member of staff to help. We were then left on our own to look around the shop. At no time did we feel hassled. When we chose what we wanted the staff member was excellent. She informed us what we could change, if we wanted, on the sofa. We were pleased we’d been told about the options as we may never have bought the sofa if we hadn’t. Everything was explained to us in detail and we were more than happy with our purchase.

Gary the sales assistant was really helpful, looked up a previpus order to compare dimensions we were looking for, we couldn’t have made a purchase without him on the day. He wasn’t intrusive but helped answer questions and give us options for our space
