Went in knowing what I wanted but no idea how to filter down the huge amount of stock and find what I wanted. I didn't want to spend ages walking around the store. Colin talked me through step by step and half hour later, I am all sorted! Fabulous result. Colin is superb!

Great shop so far
Great shop so far. Easy purchase. No hard sell on extras. Sales person was professional and not pushy. Sofa ordered only, so untill delivery this is a part review!

Excellent customer service
I'd like to personally thank Tonia Nicol at the Straiton Sofology centre. She was friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made my sofa-buying experience incredibly pleasant and straightforward. Excellent customer service, 10/10.

The sales rep Colin in your Straiton Edinburgh branch was very polite very friendly and all round very pleasant to deal with. I enjoyed speaking with him and am very satisfied with the service he has provided.

The assistant (Aida) was very helpful
The assistant (Aida) was very helpful and didn't rush me into making a decision. She assisted with measurements and room and decor compatibility. She explained all the terms clearly and provided me with various options prior to my purchase.
