The assistant (Aida) was very helpful and didn't rush me into making a decision. She assisted with measurements and room and decor compatibility. She explained all the terms clearly and provided me with various options prior to my purchase.

Great experience from start to finish. Know exactly what we are getting and when. Beautiful sofas, much better designs and options than competitor's.

We’d definitely go back again…
We appreciated not being rushed or pressured at all. Tanya helped us the first time we went, just to look around, and Jonathan helped us when we went back to buy. They were both very professional but personable and kind. We’d definitely go back again.

I thought the help we received and the product could not have been better. Aida was a delight and was very well informed about the stock. She was even able to guide us when we couldn't find our way out of the store!! LOL.

Very helpful advice
Very helpful advice. Explained how sofa cushions and seating was manufactured and also provided details about cleaning. Also showed me a variety of chairs when the one that I was looking for was only available online.

Excellent customer service
The customer service that we received was absolutely excellent! Steven was friendly and helpful (but not pushy) and the fact that we could pay a deposit and do direct debits for the rest made our new sofas much more affordable. Would highly recommend.
