Helpful and knowledgeable staff, not pushy like other sofa shops. A nice shopping experience with great quality products and varied credit options.

The colleague who assisted us was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to help us find exactly the sofas we had selected, and we really appreciated his excellent customer service.

Saad whom is one of the salesman at the Thurrock branch was very helpful when it came to us ordering our sofa, helped us throughout the whole way.

I had a fantastic experience at Sofology Thurrock and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Teresa. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Teresa was friendly, helpful, professional, and genuinely interested in making sure we found exactly what i was looking for.

Teresa made the whole experience easy and enjoyable, answering all my questions and giving me excellent advice without any pressure. Her customer service was outstanding and really made a difference.

We had a very pleasant and positive experience in Sofology, thanks to Saad, the sales assistant who introduced himself and provided us with the help we required. Saad was great, not pushy at all and was able to answer all our questions. So much so that when we returned the following week to place an order, we specifically looked to speak to him again. Thank you Saad.
