Very happy with the service and comfort of the sofa I chose. Easy to get and change the colour with just a phone call that took about 5 mins. This is my second family sofa from sofology

We purchased The Hackney sofa which was delivered on the 4 March. To cut a long story short, never buy in store, you won’t get a refund if you start to have problems with the furniture purchased.

The reason for this comment is down to the fact that me and my husband have both been suffering neck pain since. We agreed one solution changing the internal cushions and gave it a fair amount of time before we went back to Sofology via the Furniture Ombudsman who by the way get paid for by furniture retailers, so from our personal experience believe they will tend to favour the furniture companies as they are a membership organisation.

Sofology sent out two technicians, who I thought would take measurements to make sure that the furniture was ergonomically sound. Basically they did everything by eyesight and sat on the sofa for 30 seconds and decided nothing was wrong.

This is why we went straight through the ombudsman after still suffering from neck pain months later after changing to the new internals.

Do not buy in store, buy online because they told us, that’s the only way you will get a refund basically.

Also for information when we looked online, there is a hefty collection charge if you want to return a sofa.

I have had to purchase a support pillow to make use of a sofa that cost over £800. The furniture ombudsman and Sofology showed no concern in the physical side of the complaint.

I will never buy from this company ever again.

Stephen was very good at his job as a salesman for sofology, polite, helpful, answered any question we asked, made a lovely cup of tea. We are now waiting for our furniture to arrive.

We have ordered Milan sofa and quality is worst and pigment and leather flaky started within 30 days . Upon reporting the team deny to replace it . I am going through tough time as it’s 4000 pound . Team stance is we will apply sealant . This is pathetic . 22nd appointment booked to investigate but no use . They deny to replace . As per consumer right they suppose to change . Team is really bad and convincing customer is strange . Avoid this business

They say feel free to message and after escalating no response as well . It’s a scam group

Amz made us feel at ease. There was no pressure to buy or aggressive sales tactics, which most people hate. He just provided information, was very helpful and made us feel comfortable. We only popped in in passing to have a nose around and ended up buying 2 sofas. The great customer service was complimented by the quality of the furniture themselves. Overall, a 5 star service.

Helpful knowledgable staff. Great choice of Sofas

The sofa is very comfortable and time will tell how well the mechanism and covering will last. Marked down for the "Superglide" feet at £19 which were stick on felt buttons (£4.99 on Amazon) of which one has already fallen off. ?? Also £149 delivery for a product that has to be delivered however there was a supposed £100 "Managers discount" which effectively made delivery £49 more acceptable. Staff were helpful without being pushey or rushing to get a sale. The sofa was delivered a little before the expected time with regular informative updates from Sofology and the delivery people.
