Purchased a new settee very happy and for what we got the price was very reasonable

Great service and very helpful staff

The staff member who assisted me was extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. She took the time to explain the product in detail and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She also helped me choose the most suitable colour and material, while giving me ample time to consider my options without any pressure. Her excellent customer service made the experience pleasant and enjoyable.

The customer Service agent was professional in his approach and left us to try out the furniture and also was around when we had questions. He also explained the differences between different sofas, material choices, finance packages, cleaning and maintenance. He was efficient and made sure that we were completely happy with the sofa we were ordering and also told her that we had 48 hours in which we could change our order if we wished to do so

There was a huge selection of sofas and I was comfortable browing without being 'stalked' by a member of staff, yet the minute I had a question, there was someone available! A great shopping experience with very helpful information from the staff there.

From the moment we walked in we was greeted and made to feel welcome , Fern was very knowledgeable and helpful , we was made comfortable and not rushed during our purchase , amazing service and we are so excited to recieve our new sofa in August

Great furniture but after delivery service has been very poor.
We were very happy with the in-store and delivery services. However although we're happy with our sofa and armchairs one if the armchairs does not swivel properly. I called up and was advised I would receive a email to attach photos and a video to. Which I've attempted to do but they've closed my case because I haven't done it properly. I raised my unhappiness but have just been ignored. If you've not got a super dopa smart phone avoid this company.

well what can i say ,the customer care was brilliant Rob was looking after us we had tea walking around making our choice of which sofas to pick from, we choose and Rob went through every single process for us . perfect service don`t change any think.

Ameet left us to peruse the sofas at our leisure then joined us while we discussed our options. He was insightful, honest and came across incredibly knowledgeable and able.

Was greeted when arrived without being bombarded with unwanted sales info i was allowed to wander around the store without feeling pressured. On finding a sofa I liked the salesman was immediately available to answer any questions. Ameel proceeded with the sale with great professionalism ensuring I felt i was the one that mattered not the sale. I will definitely recommend your company in fact my son whom was with me has said he will go back to that particular star next year when he plans to replace his sofa

The store itself was spotless, clean, well organised, and very straightforward to walk around and browse. Everything was laid out really nicely which made the experience even better and more comfortable.

Rob was incredibly professional, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help us find the perfect sofa without any pressure at all, answered every question we had, and gave honest advice that really helped us make the right choice. His customer service was honestly 10/10 and you can tell he genuinely cares about making customers happy.
