Softpinz

Instead of sending me my 365 family key (that I bought), they created a single account within some family container. Contacted support for refund, they refused. Raised an issue through my bank.

Beware, They don't send you a product code, but give you a fake email address and password, seem to be sharing part of a family package, unlicensed product which now doesn't work and they aren't interested

It was my first time buying a digital license. Everything worked perfectly. Setup was easy, and activation was instant.

Great value for money. The 1TB OneDrive and full Office suite for 6 users is unbeatable

Support team was fast and helpful. I bought one, now ordering more for my friends. Reliable seller

Very smooth process. The subscription works flawlessly on all my family members' devices. Totally worth it

You don't receive a Microsoft key, but a fictitious email address. It's a shared family account. The information on the site isn't complete or clear. You pay a high price for a shared account.

Received my Office 365 Family license within minutes. Everything was clearly explained, and the account was made in my name. Great experience!

This is scam. their email is not legit and not deliverable. I bought MS Office 365 Family license. they sent me a custom email and password address (totally unrelated to me) for me to use it.
they don't provide genuine redeem code or product subscription and not support.
AVOID THIS SITE

Thought it took sometimes to deliver the product key was as it was advertised. I trust the platform.

Fuyez

It seems that the mail address and webpage from softpinz is fraudulent and not delivering products or software as promised.

Scam!!! Contact does not exist

Scammers - they sell you a subscription key but only send you an account on a Family plan that is already set up. They then also refuse a refund. AVOID!

Thought it was purchasing a copy of office 365 family edition, should licence key that you register to your Microsoft account, 6 user accounts, each with 1tb onedrive, and installed on five computers user.
Contact them asking for the serial key and they just sent me a single user rather than the six registered to some random email address and password. Told me I should have read the small print and wouldn't issue a refund even though they've not even provided the software.

their communication is misleading.
advertising selling licences but delivering account's.
Wich i don't need.

fraudulent website. I never receive anything. I purchased a key for microsoft 360 via a website called softpinz/gamepinz.
The customer service and mail contact are fake. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank.

Strongly do not recommend Softpinz.com, I purchased Microsoft 365 Family but received not a subscription, but some shared account with other people. Even with their support I was not able to start Office working on my second PC, far away fro the original subscribtion.

🇬🇧 English Review – Warning for Buyers!

⚠️ Serious Warning for Anyone Buying Office 365 from Softpinz ⚠️

I was looking to buy a legitimate and personal 1-year Office 365 Family license. I found Softpinz and placed an order, thinking I would receive an activation key or be able to add the subscription to my own Microsoft account.

Instead, I was sent a username and password to log into a shared Microsoft account. This is not a license sale—it’s just access to someone else’s subscription account, likely being shared among multiple users.

This practice is:
• Misleading and unethical
• A violation of Microsoft’s terms of service
• A serious risk to personal data and security
• Likely to be suspended or revoked at any time

I am writing this review to warn others. If you’re looking for a secure and legal Office 365 license, avoid this site and only buy from trusted, official sources.

Wish I'd read ALL these reviews before I bought. As someone else said, they sell a single licence (with a new email address) as a full family licence.

As I have said to them:

The picture is of the full family licence for 1-6 people
The info on the left says up to 6 devices
The info on the left says up to 3 people

I therefore consider your advert to be misleading
